Oscar was professional. He came out quickly and worked very hard. Got my problem resolved quickly. I appreciate his services very very much. He moved my furniture and worked extremely hard. I appreciate everything that he did. I highly recommend him.

There were a few hiccups, but overall Texas Water Restoration (TWR) was respectful and professional. Our main contact, Oscar, answered all of my questions no matter how I asked. The job took 4 days total, and the workmen were conscientious about not leaving a mess behind them. Most days were about 4 hour days, other than the blowers to dry everything. Oscar discounted my estimate when the remediation took less than he had originally suspected. The drywall patch can barely be found and the paint was quite precise. I look forward to working with TWR and Oscar again.

Service was excellent. I had an emergency and they responded quickly and were very conscious of my time. They were very professional in handing my matter without disrupting my personal time and space. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves. They worked fast and precises making quick work of the damages. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

I couldn’t have asked for a more reliable and honest company. Texas Water Restoration came to my house almost immediately and helped with the leak in my kitchen. These guys wasted no time helping me with the water damages and were very clean at doing so. They also helped me with my insurance claim and did a great job letting me know what was going on. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful. They came the day I called them. They looked at it, the following day they came out and started the job. They described the work they were doing. Left fans out, it took three days for it to dry. The company was very professional and have the customers best interest at heart.
