I was stunned with the impeccable quality of Texas Wastewater Environmental Solutions! I found their quote to be thousands less than other local septic installers, they were extremely informative about any hidden fees, they worked with me very closely and took the time to explain the process every step of the way. From contracting to installation completion it took about one month (SO FAST) and when they were able to start the job, it took just under a week from start to finish on a completely brand new aerobic system on a complex property. The guys that did the install were extremely polite, profesional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure it was done right, seriously one of the best experiences with a contractor I have ever had, 10/10 would recommend.

It went fine for a few days and then the aeration head fell off.  For weeks now, I have been trying to get Texas Wastewater to come back and fix the problem.  I have tried calling (no one answers the phone) and sending text messages but again no one responds to the texts or my calls.  I have already paid for the service.  I would call another provider but since i have already paid this provider  I feel that they should complete the job.

No one likes to spend money on a new septic system, but Anthony Edgell of Texas Wastewater Environmental Solutions made the pill a little less bitter to swallow. Our old septic system was in the back yard and we wanted to put the new system in the front yard, so Anthony used the old tank as a lift station, then trenched from the back yard to the front and laid pipe to connect with the new system.

I'd heard that my neighborhood was on solid rock, but I didn't know they actually meant SOLID ROCK. What do you know? Two feet down it was indeed solid rock. It took the excavation guy a day to dig the enormous hole, and the cement septic tank went in the next day. The trenching didn't go as quickly, but not because of any fault of Anthony.  I live on an acre block so there was LOTS of trenching to do, and little did we know that the yard was a minefield of sprinkler system pipes and electrical wires. An absolute nightmare for Anthony and his crew, which necessitated hand digging much of the trenching. In spite of their best efforts, they did break a couple of the pvc sprinkler pipes, but they repaired each one that they broke. This is unheard of for many septic installers, who leave such repairs to the owner.  Anthony and his crew cleaned up after themselves and left the construction areas looking neat and tidy.

Cost was a huge factor in why we chose to use Anthony Edgell.  I had been warned that installation of aerobic systems could  run from $10,000 to $30,000, and I had already received a quote for upwards of $15,000 from another company. Anthony's quote of $10,750 included the trench work, an extra pump for the lift station, and the additional labor involved in the lift station.

Anthony Edgell and Texas Wastewater Environment Solutions did a superb job for us, and I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone that needs a new septic system.  It's a dirty job, but someone's got to do it.

Mr. Edgell started work on 05/06/2013. There were issues during the repair process and the work was finished on 05/13/2013. We paid a total of $820.00 ($170.00 for parts and $650.00 for labor).
On 05/25/2013 after a 2" rainfall, one of the large Styrofoam pieces had come up to the surface. I took photos and emailed Mr. Edgell on 05/25/2013. Several email exchanges took place between 05/25/2013 and 06/01/2013. Mr. Edgell's last response was on 05/31/2013. I emailed Mr. Edgell on 06/18/2013 and demanded to know by the end of that week when and how he was going to fix the failed repair. On 06/21/2013 Mr. Edgell informed me that he needed to bring more fill material. He did not provide a date when he would do so. This was the last time I heard from Mr. Edgell. As of 07/09/2013 I have not heard from Mr. Edgell. The tank remains in the same condition it was on 05/25/2013.  Mr. Edgell had been paid in full but refuses to take any responsibility for the partially failed repair work. He has made no attempt to fix the issue.
Response from texas wastewater environmental solutions

"We dug up the tank to fix the cracks. We fixed it and put the dirt back. As agreed we did the job bidded. As discussed we told the homeowner that we would put extra dirt to fill in the void and weigh the Styrofoam pieces down. This job was mostly labor and we did not charge her the full amount. We would like to resolve this."
