Excellent. The team was thorough, polite, and very helpful. I worked in the sod business for years and learned a lot from them! Highly recommend.

Terrible. These people are rude. They don’t care about customer satisfaction, they just yell and blame you. They accused me of killing the sod they installed. The wife said it’s my fault! I water my gardens every morning and evening, and have been doing the same to the sod they laid. Never have I been so unhappy with a company! If you don’t do it the way they dream it, forget your vision of your yard, they get whiney and argumentative. The hard scape they installed is already coming apart! They have made it clear that they blame me and have no intention of making things right. Not that I’d ever let them on my property again! I found another company who fixed some of the things they left poorly constructed. They also completed the unplanted bed in front for over 1/2 as less as TTLandscape. My advice is to find another company.

"For every 100, 200 happy customers, (feel free to look us up): small businesses are bound to get customers that will write bad reviews &/or twist things around. No landscaping company is responsible for plants after install: We provide a watering guide on our webpage: https://www.texastotallandscape.com/our-services/useful-info/ Recommend reading it literally: on every estimate, email & invoice. We are also very willing to answer questions or give advice. That grass: 1 month past install is surely dead, it is a hot year, we are in a drought. Is it logic to blame us?: The one responsible for watering his own sod is Mr [Homeowner Info Removed] A month after install Mr [Homeowner Info Removed] never asked any questions, nor advice on sod. We did 2 jobs for him, one in Feb, 2nd one in early May 2022, Ron walked him through the yard, both times. He paid both projects upon completion. We met every single 1 of his demands: I have proof of everything. Pics, invoices, etc, he paid because projects were completed satisfactorily. Our work is not “falling apart”: that is SLANDER: There was an additional area of limestone that was never estimated for (he had a wood pile there), & Ron suggested the area be addressed. He refused at the time. And to give context: Mr [Homeowner Info Removed] is a self proclaimed "Expert gardener" & repeatedly informed us of that: If anybody was argumentative, rude, yelled, couldn’t admit any wrong: & now may I add has lied: it is him. Because of this: My husband literally had to walk away from him, in order to be able to work. A month after projects were completed: he started sending emails, blaming us for the "current shape of his yard" & he simply would not stop emailing: Despite me repeatedly asking him to stop. (Also documented) Unfortunately the price for running into a customer that: can simply NEVER be pleased, likes to project & SLANDER: is also bad reviews, but that is part of doing business unfortunately. However: If FALSE reviews are the price to pay to: never hear or have him contact us again: that alone WE CAN be GRATEFUL for."

They came in with a bid 1/3 less than two others. Their work and cleanup was professional and more than we expected. Several people stopped and asked for their business card. Definitely an A+ finished job. Would hire them again w/o a second thought,
