Rick was great. Ran cable and installed 4 cameras with dvr and installed an access point for internet in my two story home for a very reasonable price. Knocked the job out by himself in a few hours. Very personable and professional. Definitely recommend!

Rick was very good about brainstorming with me to make sure the system he installed was exactly what we wanted, and then the installation was spot-on!

He is very professional, gets the job done right, quickly, and is a great person all around. You can tell he loves what he does and knows what he's doing. He tested every cat6 cable, installed our cameras, wired up the patch panel in the network rack, mounted the rack to the wall for us , and even helped us reroute our TV cabling. It's pretty rare to find a company that will go that extra mile these days and I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I will absolutely hire again.

When you get a contractor that explains everything they will be doing and then do exactly what they said they would do, even adding additional work at no cost, you have found a contractor for life. Not only did Rick explain everything in terms that I understood but he also answers all of my questions,even when they may have seemed as though they were repeat questions. The work was outstanding. I have been having issues with the way my network was set up for about two years and even longer with the connectivity issues of my internet. After he was done, my network works like a charm. He even improved the cabling to my security system. I would also go as far to suggest that when you hire this gentleman, tell him what you want and let him decide what equipment is necessary. I am so very glad I did. For the first time since I have bought this house, I have superior connectivity and coverage in every area of my house and outside in my yard as well. This can only help my business to be that much more productive, as I work from home. He even gave me a military discount. That means he cares about those who have served because he knows what it means to serve.

I contacted the owner more than several times for warranty work and for installation of complimentary camera from referred customer who purchased cameras with installation. The owner does not consistently follow up with you. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received so far. I will not be referring anymore customers.
