They gave me an estimate over the phone and it was the lowest price in town. I brought in my blinds. They made them shorter for the quoted price. The job was completed faster than I had expected. The blinds look great. I would gladly use them again.

I contacted Texas Shade by email, requesting information and a quote on remote-controlled shades for 3 very large windows that sit about 20' off the ground. Sandi McDonald responded immediately with shade suggestions and a price, and had no problems getting a lot of the information settled over email (which was a tremendous help since I don't have great phone access). She set up a time for a consultation and to choose the shades. She was on time and we were able to quickly select what was needed; she had her installer with her and took measurements on the spot. The shades arrived a few weeks later, and we set up an appointment for the installation. During the installation, 2 of the shades did not work properly. Sandi immediately contacted Hunter Douglas (the shade manufacturer) and ordered replacement parts and got a representative out the following week to troubleshoot. It took a bit since the shade mechanism had been damaged in transit to Texas Shade, but the representative got it working perfectly and Sandi was there the entire time to make sure everything ran smooth. The windows look fantastic, and it was exactly what I was looking for.

The service people here are very well mannered and so polite. I did not have to wait as long as I thought for the blinds to be returned. I would recommend their service to anyone. I was just so pleased with their customer service.

They are very good with working on a budget. They always want to get what you re looking for and I m planning to use them again. The people who worked on the project are always great.
