I'm a single woman buying an "as is" home and needed a quality home inspection completed within my 14 day options period. Tom came highly recommended by an individual whose business is to teach and certify inspectors. Tom was responsive, offered to work weekend if need be to meet my deadline. He arrived at 10 and spent 4.5 hours on the survey. The house was 1600 sq feet. Most inspectors spend a little over an hour! Tom then spent at least an hour with me, patiently going over the report, which included color photos of the specific area and suggested solutions. I had ample time for questions. I received a PDF of the report the next day and Tom delivered a cd of the report Sunday. I can't say enough about the quality of his work and his professionalism.
