We were thrilled with the quality of service provided by Texas Pride Home Inspections. Thomas responded to our message via Angie's List immediately, even though it was after hours. Him and his son Christopher conducted a very thorough inspection together. They explained everything covered in the report, and welcomed any questions that we had. I definitely recommend Texas Pride Home Inspections, and would absolutely hire them again.

Tom and Chris from Texas Pride Home Inspection did a fantastic job. Pre-inspection communication was excellent and they arrived right on scheduled time. During the inspection, they discovered a small gas leak and took care of it and they alerted the owner right away. They were very thorough and explained everything to me in layman's terms. They discovered potential dangers, as well as, pointed out the good aspects of the home. They inspected for four hours; which was great as property was less than 2000 square feet. Their cost is set and very fair. I received the written report on the same day as the inspection. I would highly recommend Texas Pride Home Inspections and will surely use them again if/when I purchase my next property.

Thomas and Christopher had already completed the roof inspection by the agreed upon arrival time at the property (8am). They were both very professional and informative throughout the entire process, allowing us to frequently ask questions and engage throughout the inspection. Any time that they saw something of moderate concern they would make sure to call us over and educate us thoroughly on their opinions of the property. My wife and I are first time home buyers, and they were very patient in their explanations. They were at the property for approx. 4.5 hours for a 2200 sqft home. Their report was 35 pages in total, fully detailed with many pictures and paragraph length explanations where needed. I was very happy with the amount of work that they did for the price that they charged. Very satisfied customer and would use them again.

When I arrived at the house Tom was already there. They did an extremly thorough inspection of the house finding the smallest of cracks in the ceiling joints and nail pops. This was the first house me and my wife were attempting to buy so we were both nervous of how the inspection would go. I stayed around for the entire inspection and Tom explain everything he found and what he was looking for. He answered all my questions and gave me tips on general home maintance. It was a big relief to have an inspector be so knowledgable and thorough. They really helped put my mind at ease. I thought it would be atleast a day or two before we got the full report but I recieved it later that day. I can't say thanks enough for all the help.

The inspectors arrived on time and actually completed all three inspections earlier than planned. Inspection was very detailed both inside and out. They noticed exposed nails on roof down to hairline cracks in stucco. They gave us all we needed for a confident purchase.

Our inspectors arrived right on time, and took their time fully inspecting he house. They went through the home with a fine tooth comb! They went above and beyond our expectations. We had expected some damage, but the builder had made it seem minimal, at best. We had not planned to get an additional inspection on the home, but I cannot express how happy I am that we did. This company brought out two inspectors and were incredibly thorough. There was no rush, they skipped nothing. The inspection report was filled with photos, and they marked the home with blue painters tape in all the areas needing to be addressed cosmetically. They found things that others had missed, and most importantly, saved us THOUSANDS of dollars down the road by finding building flaws that had gone otherwise undetected. Their customer service is above and beyond. We are a military family and live 1700 miles from our new home. They were so accommodating with the online paperwork and over the phone payment. Being able to put our trust in someone, being so far from our investment, has been paramount. I can say that I trust them, and I would recommend them highly.

Mr. Thomas Todd far exceeded expectations. He was referred to me and I am glad he was. Top notch all around. He is professional, yet personable. Very meticulous, which is what you want in a home inspection. I have hired him twice. The first house I had an offer on he did an inspection and found EVERYTHING that needed repairs. Needless to say, I opted out of that contract due to the cost of the repairs the home needed. I hired him for the second home I put an offer on and now I will be closing on this house next week. I have since handed out 3 of his business cards. When my co-workers over heard me talking about the time and effort he put in towards performing his inspections they demanded i give them his contact info. My fiance and I flip houses and Tom has inspected two houses for us so far and he has done an outstanding job. We would now not think of hiring anyone else. He is incredibly detailed and thorough and really spends the time to not only check every little detail but also make sure that you understand how to correct any issues he finds. I met them at the home after they had completed the inspection. Not only did I receive a verbal report of what the concerns were, but a full walk through with them pointing out what the concerns were and why. I did not feel rushed as we went through each item. They answered all of my questions and explained everything to where I could fully understand. I was given a CD with all pictures taken and then I was emailed a fully detailed report with the pictures pertaining to the area of concern. I feel certain if the sale goes through on the house I will have no surprises based on this home inspection. Knowing the owner of this company is a veteran gave me further confidence the job performed surpassed expectation.

Tom spend 7 hrs at the house and issued a 25 page report the following day. My realtor said he hadn't seen anything as professional and as comprehensive in over a decade. Tom pointed out every little detail of what was wrong and what was good at the house. With all of the competition out there why would you want to pay $400 dollars for a ten page report from a guy who only spent 2 -3 hrs at the house you were looking to buy.
