IN MY OPINION: Texas Pool Gurus/Jacob Mitchell from San Antonio Texas On August 16, 2025 we met with Texas Pool Gurus/Jacob Mitchell We agreed on the pool repair and decking. Basically the pool had to be replastered, a waterfall removed (concrete added to replace the waterfall) and replace the pool pump/equipment. After signing the contract we started giving him funds. It took him about 1 ½ weeks to start. When he started working, his group was only here for 2-3 hours at a time on days they showed, which was seldom. Communication was very hard. We would text and call to find out when they were coming to work, he rarely answered these calls/text. He would promise dates, not show up. To get in touch with him, I had to just call, and call, and call until he picked up my call. We also had to text multiple times, through the phone and on the Thumbtack app. He left us with a broken pool, no plaster and he owes us $11,317.00.
