Second builder performed work without seeking City building permits..Third quality of workmanship was substand. Project failed two City inspections..
Quality of building materials were poor.. Wood had splits and knots..
Patio addition did not include lag bolting to home structure as required by City building codes.. Instead they used nails..
After finally passing third home inspection, end result was poor.
As we were so disgusted working with this company we had to hire another contractor to fix substandard workmanship flaws..
