+ -1 moreI liked the workers. I was not impressed with their scheduling. They were bad with their communication. Their subcontractors are very good. They put tile in backwards and have to come back and redo the work. I will not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I have used Texas Design and Build for remodeling on my home. They finished the work in June.

+ 0 moreOur first issue with this company was price... The estimator Mike did not measure correctly adding $850 extra to our original contract agreement.. Second builder performed work without seeking City building permits.. Third quality of workmanship was substand. Project failed two City inspections.. Quality of building materials were poor.. Wood had splits and knots.. Patio addition did not include lag bolting to home structure as required by City building codes.. Instead they used nails.. After finally passing third home inspection, end result was poor. As we were so disgusted working with this company we had to hire another contractor to fix substandard workmanship flaws..
Description of Work: We hired Texas Design and Build to build a patio overhang.. Our experience with dealing with this company was extremely stressful from the beginning of the project to completion. Our project consisted of building a simple 10x20 patio overhang, with three posts.

replacement windows
+ -1 moreMy windows have not arrived. I have called twice and it seems I am getting the run around. I even called the guy that sold the windows to me and he couldn't understand why I had not received them either. I am getting worried.
Description of Work: I special ordered windows from them a couple months ago. I paid $1700.00 down and will owe $4000.00 once my windows are installed.
