It actually comes at a surprise to me personally because when I called you to see how everything went with the service you never expressed any problems in fact you stated that you would gladly give is a good review. The billing went from 280.00 to 580.00 because my tech found fungi and mildew that can quickly turn into mold. The sanitizer was offered to you and it was your choice to have job done. we also drained/ flushed your line free of charge and we performed and Air quality inspection free of charge as well. Our company prides it self in treating our customers with excellent customer service each and every time. We offer all our customers a 30 day warranty and I would be more than happy to send our tech back out to make sure that you are 100% satisfied.
