It went great they got my truck back to me before the 4th of July holiday, which was a short week work for them. I would have given them an A for price, but $190.00 seemed high for a starter, it only cost $50.00 to install it. The price might reflect the fact that my truck is 21 yrs. old .I'm planning on taking my 2008 Elantra in  to have brake work done, I'll write a review after I get that done.

It went great they called Ford dealership and found out they wanted over $200 for hose, so they found another supplier that had it for under 1/2 that price. It took them a little longer to complete repair because of having to have part shipped in.

Excellent service, always. Totally honest, trustworthy and fair. Good at diagnosing our cars' problems over many years. They fix problems properly the first time. We have used Temple Hill Automotive for all of our family vehicles for various servicing and maintenance, or major repairs. If there was a difficult diagnosis, or intermittent problem, they kept the car another day, if needed, to be sure it was fixed. Over many years and many cars, only went back one time for follow up service -- no argument, no problem, no charge to satisfy us. We have used them for a full range of auto service including engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, and some minor body work.

A good mechanic is hard to find, but not if you go to Temple Hill Automotive. They were recommended from a buddy of mine who used to work at Brooks AFB. My friend was a power production mechanic, so I knew if he recommended them that they were good.
They quoted me the price I ended up paying. Their work was outstanding and done correctly the first time. They even made arrangement where I could pick the car up after hours which was very convenient for me since I worked out of town at the time.
I haven't needed a mechanic for some time now, but when I do, it will be Temple Hill. I highly recommend them.

We feel that they are reasonable, and they're work is really good. They always seem to solve the problem. We live a long ways away and we drive because we feel their service is worth it.

As always, James and his crew are able to give the quickest in and out service with no appointment.

Work was done on time. It took a lot of labor to complete repair, that's why price was high.

I looked up what was involved in replacing a fuel pump. I knew there would be quite a bit of labor. I was still surprised by how pricey it was for the repair. It's an old truck with many miles so only time will tell if this corrected the problem. The repair was still cheaper then looking fo another truck.

My car air conditioner suddenly quit working in 100-degree heat. We took it to this shop because it's where we'd had our cars inspected. (We are new to San Antonio.) When we saw how many vehicles were there ahead of ours, we expected to be without it for several days. We were surprised to receive a call the same afternoon. Although it's an 11-year-old car, they had the part and we got same-day service for a very reasonable price. (I don't know if this is usual or we just got lucky.) The office manager was friendly and well organized (always a plus to me). We are very happy and relieved to have found someone to help us keep this old car (which I love) going for a while longer.

THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY TOOK CARE OF MY CAR. THEY ARE EASY GOING AND EASY TO TALK TO.

They are very good. They are trustworthy. They do not try to sell you things that you do not need. They are very consistent in their pricing.

It is a blessing to have found a place to have my car repaired that is trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly. Mr. Otto and his mechanics are extremely professional and honest. They have never failed to service my vehicles to my satisfaction, and on the rare occasion that I had to return for warranty work, it was always performed without question and at no additional coast. Prices are fair and never more than the estimated amount given before the work is done. No work is ever done that isn't required, and never without informing me first. On a rare occasion, the work is not completed when promised, but that is understandable as they are in such demand. I give these people and their work a five star rating.
