I have a disabled husband and they were very respectful of his special needs. We also have three dogs and a cat which, of course creates extra work and they took it all in stride. All was done very nicely. We definitely will use them again. We highly recommend them.

I hired them, they will be cleaning my house on a regular basis. Their cost is affordable for the work they do. We hope to have them clean our house for years.

The Job was priced at 5 hours for $225.00, but the ?Super Deal? was for $185.00 so that was for $37.00 an hour; then for 2 people it was $18.50 an hour  which I feel is a very good wage at today?s standards. The couple were definitely in my home for 5 hours and were finishing up when I arrived 15 minutes from the deadline time.

My house was picked up and ready to be cleaned.  I had not had my maid service for 2 weeks prior to this date.

I was disappointed in what their definition of a ?deep? clean is/was.  My husband kept pointing things out that had not been vacuumed or done as was promised on their description page.  They promised more on-line than what I think we got.

Thomas and Shelly have been cleaning my house now for 3 months. They show up on time and get right to work.

They have been coming long enough that they know what I want done. If I ask them to do a little extra, they are more than willing to accommodate my request.

Before they leave, Shelly always asks if everything looks okay, and if I ask her to go back and take care of a problem, she does it, no questions asked.

They are very professional, and I am so glad to have found them on Angie's List.

They do an excellent job. The team of two are always on time and work hard for the full two hours. Shelly is pleasant to visit with and is responsive to our needs. We have tried several others who didn't come close. I would recommend them,

I was amazed.  I had the cleanest bathrooms in town.  Super Duster/Polisher....Deep Cleaners who went above and beyond what other cleaning services offer....  On time....Professional...respected all my requests and preference....Fantastic Customer Service....Exstremely Hard Workers who go the extra mile to please clients......Honest, polite, respectful...Highly recommending them to all my family and friends...Well worth the money

I was getting ready to put my house on the market and needed a move out cleaning done.  I saw the deal and called to get details of what the job entailed.  Shelly asked me to not purchase from Angie's list as they take a portion of her money, so I did.  After we agreed on a price and date she casually mentioned to me that "if they do a good job" if I could pay a little extra.  Thought that was weird, but I agreed.
Shelly and her husband arrived on time and immediately got to work.  I left for a few hours and upon my return they were almost done.  I took a look around and while some parts of the house were clean (mainly bathrooms) the rest looked really untouched.  The baseboards were still dusty and dirty.  Shelly swore she wiped them down and that some scuffs just wouldn't come out.  I got a damp napkin and the scuffs/stains came right out.  I had to point out multiple areas that weren't clean, and hadn't even been touched from the looks of it.  I was very disappointed with the "after" results, and would not use them again.

Everything, went very well. I was very pleased wirh them. They did everything I asked them to do. Yes I will use them again.

Part of the team did good, and the other, well not so much.  The female was very attentive to what I wanted done, and did her best to take care of each room.  the male did not however follow my instructions.  I whittled down the needs to fit within the 2 hours I had purchased. In my bathrooms there is a carpet that needed to be vacuumed as well as the usual bathroom needs.
I had asked them to complete each room before they move on.  Unfortunately the male was moving forward and just washing mirrors and neglecting the carpet.  so in the end I would up with undone rooms.

Before beginning, she cancelled initial scheduled date. Also, wanted to try and get me to change the type of cleaning I needed.

Arrived on time. Oven was not cleaned thoroughly. Still has cleaner in oven. Pull out door filthy and hood still greasy.

Soap scum dripping down from soap dish not cleaned. Missed cleaning a vent in kitchen. I took photos as well. Not impressed with quality of cleaning, wish I could have been there to ensure proper cleaning.

We used them for a 5 hour deep clean on our new home. The price was a deal I set them up bi weekly and they do a 4200 square foot home for under 150 We are pleased with their service.

They were extremely punctual, thorough, and courteous.  The attention to detail was amazing.  They made sure I was happy with the progress of the cleaning on each step.  The shower was like new when they finished.  I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I hired the Shelley and her partner after reading all the great reviews.  They arrived on time.  Were prompt in the phone calls.  Went over everything that needed to be done and left sticky notes as a reminder for each room.  I informed her I would be in and out as my son's wedding was this Saturday.  Big mistake on leaving money on counter for them.  2 rooms did not get done with dusting or sweeping.  Easy to move chairs were not moved for cleaning under them.  Bathrooms not mopped.  Not sure where the breakdown of communication was, but she never called me with any questions.

Will consider hiring her again.
