Synergy Electric

Albert Cisneros is a probably one of the worst electrician in San Antonio. I hired him to re-wire a residential home. Since he wasn't able to do the job by himself (for whatever reason) I agreed to have some of my guys help him and I would pay him by the hour. On the first day he showed up without any tools. No saws, no power tolls, not even a simple sharpie. The entire day he would let us do all the hard work and he didn't do one thing himself. He mostly spend all the on the phone with city inspectors trying to figure out what the city codes are. When I told him that I wasn't happy with his workmanship he came up with all sorts of excuses. So I would let him stay for another two days and finish up the rough in. When I told him to do install the meter loop he would tell me that a designer from CPS Energy would have to come in and approve the location of the meter loop. 5 weeks later the designer still hadn't shown up so I investigated myself. It turns out that a designer wasn't necessary and he should have installed the meter loop long time ago. When asked him to finally install the meter loop he just sent me an email the next  day saying that he didn't want to finish the job anymore. He basically left me hanging in the middle of the project. Stay away from him! He doesn't know what he's doing. The only reason he has master electrician licence is because of his dad. 

It went well only if he had the part. He had to stop and go to get the part. And it made the work so long. But it went well, the price were right.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Synergy Electric. Albert was professional from start to finish. He did a thorough evaluation and assessment prior to giving me an estimate. He had great suggestions when I wasn't quite sure what I wanted and he accommodated all the things I did want. Once the job was started he always communicated with me and always showed up exactly when he said he would. His work was exemplary. There were no problems getting through the inspection process. He was always available when I called and patiently answered all my questions. Again, I can't emphasize enough how pleased I am with his services. Of all the contractors I worked with on this project (plumbing, mechanical, construction), he was by far the most professional. Excellent communication, reliability, and workmanship.

We needed some electric wall plugs added as well as some specific electrical work to be done.
I contacted five or six local electrical companies. All the companies were ready and willing to run the plugs but would not even consider the specific work I required. Synergy Electric not only listened to my need but set up an appointment to evaluate the
job.
The owner Albert Cisneros was punctual for the appointment, listened intently to my needs, made suggestions on how he could accomplish what I wanted and made an offer that was more then fair.
For the job he and his assistant arrived on time and ready to work. As with many jobs (and especially ones no one else will try) we ran into some difficulties. Although no time had been stated for completion Synergy Electric patiently and professionally accepted several unexpected delays and even went above and beyond our agreement to finish the project.
