One Sunday morning we woke up to rain in our laundry room...one of the upstairs bathrooms had overflowed overnight and didn't stop until we discovered it. Needless to say the entire bathroom was a loss, the laundry room ceiling, walls, flooring, as well as the kitchen ceiling, walls, and flooring.
After the insurance company sent a clean up team, Swift Contracting had to perform repairs in 3 different rooms: the bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen.
The bathroom was almost a complete overhaul. Other than the tub, everything was changed out. Swift installed a new subfloor, ceramic tile, sheet rock walls, toilet, and molding with quarter round. Even our cabinet was a loss and Swift built us a new one FROM SCRATCH!
The kitchen was probably the least dramatic, it just needed sheet rock ceilings and walls, matching paint, and ceramic tile. The laundry room need sheet rock ceilings/walls and ceramic tile as well, just a lot more of the ceiling. (Also while looking in the ceiling Swift noticed that some support beams weren't supported sufficiently and repaired them without cost to us.)
The icing on the cake was a custom built laundry chute that lead from the upstairs bathroom to the laundry room. This was something we had wanted for a while but never could find the courage to try ourselves. Swift made it PERFECTLY!
After all of that work we were so happy with the results and cost that we hired him to continue installing ceramic tile beyond the scope of the repairs. Swift replaced over 800 more square feet of carpet for us and installed ceramic tile.
We are so happy with his service and prices that my wife is making a list of upgrades she wants to hire him for again!

Loved it! Did a great job and delivered exactly what we asked for. Communicated everything and kept us up to date on the progress. Very happy with our renovations and will use him again in future for other work.

Job took 2 days. One day to remove shingles and one to replace them. They cleaned up afterward and the roof looks good. I have used these guys a few years back to replace the roof on my previous house and to pour a new concrete patio. They always do a good job.
