+ -1 moreLeak in joint was repaired with one new gasket and one union joint.
Description of Work: Charges 110.00 per hour for labor. Charges $29.95 per hour for service call. Charges $65.00 for diagnotics When I complained these fees overlapped and diagnotics were just to look see where the leak was in a pipe joint-they lowered the bill. Use another company, They take 2-3 days or more to call back. Repairman came to house without notification. repairman just showed up. Big ripoff. We will no longer buy supplies , repairs, or a new planned hot tub.

+ -1 moreTheir installation was okay but when I needed backup service, when I tried to reorder another canopy or another top, they didn’t respond. They finally came out and fixed over a period of year and a half. They didn’t even return my phone calls either. When I tried to order something, they are supposed to call me back with a bid but they didn’t. Initial service was okay but the follow up was a problem. When they come out and service, that part was okay but when I try to order things or get prices, they say they would call me but it looks like a confused mess in dealing with them. The office that I dealt with is close to my house and that has been a total mess. The pricing is high. I don’t care about dealing with anymore.
Description of Work: I used Sweetwater Pool Store to put in two hot tubs for me that I bought from them originally. They last replaced the tub cover and changed the filter.
