It's amazing. Right now were in underwriting so really good. The staff is great and amazing. Our agent is great, he's been amazing as well, I can't complain at the moment. Out of pocket, it's only going to cost us about $1200 but because we're BA and all that but from him it's just personal fee but I don't quite remember.

We were going to loose our home because the financing fell through. I am a veteran and we had some challenges with the builder as far as financing. She figured out a way for me to still buy my home with the VA loan, with minimal up front cost. She was our savior. I was going to use the Texas vets home loan. Because there was an issue with the final price of the home, I could not use it. I ended up using the regular VA loan. Laura figured that out. With out that I would not have been able to buy my home. We would have had to buy another home and we spent months building this home, planning and moving our family. It was pretty impressive what she did.
