The job ended up being a bit tougher than they anticipated because apparently a squirrel had built a nest in one of our downspouts. But, they completed the work and were very upfront about all the costs involved. Would have them perform work for us again.

Description of Work: The guy was super nice ,prompt in returning my call as well as coming to do the work. We were needing a new counter top cut for a sink to be installed. He cut the hole too large and we had to purchase an another entire counter top (our expense) which was an additional expense in addition to the extra time/travel,etc. |Again,super nice guy and good worker- still paid his quoted fee because he is young with a family and just getting started . I wish we had known that countertops were not within his current abilities but think he would be good in other areas !

+ -1 moreThroughout the entire job, Mr. Rosier was always punctual. He answered my inquiry quickly, promptly got me an estimate, and started and finished the job in a timely manner. He was always very respectful and patiently answered all my questions. He was very tidy at the job site and because I was out of town, he sent me pictures via email of the finished product. He offered me several options when it came time to pay and was patient throughout the entire process. I will definitely use and quot;Your Handyman LLCand quot; again.
Description of Work: Replaced two carport posts, painted and trimmed them out.

+ 1 moreIt went great. We have used David for various projects over the years and David has always been amazing. He is professional and arrives on time. For our latest project, we did not have a truck and he picked up the mulch for us. He even sold our old fridge and delivered it to the buyer. David does great work and is very reliable and pricing is always reasonable. David does top notch work and always goes above and beyond.
Description of Work: Painted interior of our house (walls and all trim). Sold our old fridge and delivered it to the buyer. Performed landscaping (pulled weeds, mulched, planted flowers, trimmed trees). Installed new garbage disposal and did other minor maintenance items.

+ -1 moreDavid was more than prompt. He answered my email within and hour, Came 3 hours later and gave a reasonable estimate. He made a time for the next nirbing which was Memorial day. He installed the fans. and even corrected a neutral in one of the light he pulled power fom. Well done and they work great. I plan on contacting him with another project soon.

+ -1 moreWent beyond what we had agreed to and found numerous misc other issues around the house as he proceeded and fixed those! Very pleasant, professional, helpful. I will definitely be using him again. In fact, I keep a running list of handyman jobs, so when the list gets to a certain length, I'll be calling him! Great service, reasonable price!
Description of Work: Installed plywood in attic; painted stairs to attic. Painted plywood (to keep insulation from falling down). Had to figure out how to construct the plywood around some pipes, etc (not a flat area). Removed statue in courtyard. Fixed three doors. Removed dried on glue on kitchen range and on bathroom mirror. Fixed lighting issue in chandelier.

+ 1 moreThe price that I paid for it was super reasonable. He is just really down to earth. He told it like it is and size up the job. He really is a handyman. If you have a problem or you need something done, he can figure it out. My dryer vent was kind of a weird situation and he just figured it out. I was super happy. I have recommended him to friends and they were super happy and raved about him.
Description of Work: Your Handyman fixed my outside dryer vent, painted my shutters and pressure washed my house.
