Experience was positive until my TV that I've had for a year stopped working immediately after installation of the films. On closer inspection, one of the cables to the TV that lay along the wall of windows with film installed had a couch pushed into the cable. Installer absolutely refused to take responsibility for a replacement cable, citing lack of evidence...were we supposed to keep him on video surveillance?? Clearly, he or an employee must have accidentally pushed the couch into the cable. $2K project sullied by a broken cable and unprofessional attitude. Will not be bringing Sunsafe back for the rest of our windows...thank goodness it was just a cable that was damaged and not something more significant.

"Mr P [Consumer name withheld at their request], All of this would have been cleared up if you had just spoken to your mother in Law or the other woman who was on the couch during the entire installation(which is literally 5? away), which unfortunately is evident by your reviews that you still haven?t . Even after repeated emails of me asking you too. No employee to ?Accidentally move a couch? was with me the day of installation only me. Yes l did ask several questions (2 days after the installation was completed and after l received an previous email from you saying ? The Windows look Great? when l received an email that your Tv isn?t getting signal)to see what had happened to the cable because if there was even a the slightest possibility that l damaged anything in your home l would have been happy to take care of it. The couch is along the wall of the windows that were tinted in you home Absolutely 0 windows behind it. Why would l move it? That?s why l am confused as why you insist that l moved the couch so hard that it destroyed a cable. I do refuse to be bullied buy a customer who repeatedly threatened to give me a Bad Review if I didn?t purchase a new cable!"

Justin was very professional, answered all calls personally. He gave me a quote over the phone after I gave him measurements. He was able to schedule me within the week. He arrived on time. He was incredibly considerate as he wore his "indoor" shoes to work in, cleaned up after himself and was meticulous with his work. He was also very friendly. I definitely would call them again and recommend them to anyone. I had an awful experience with a competitor and would not recommend Texas glass tinting.

Justin was great to work with. His presentation of the tints that fit my needs was powerful. He had a heat lamp demo and everything. The price was lower than I expected to pay and the tint has made a difference on the temperature of the house. Highly recommend!

Justin at SunSafe was very extremely professional and very reasonably priced. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Prior to the tint install, I would have to keep my thermostat at 72 and thermo-shielding curtains to keep the upstairs semi-cool. Now, I can keep the whole house at 75 and was able to remove my curtains and open the blinds to let in natural light without worrying about heat. Justin was awesome and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend SunSafe to anyone.
