I had a few oil drops. They said for $1000.00 they could fix it and it should last for another 5 years. It ran less than 2 weeks. They took it back and said the engine would have to be replaced and it would cost $4000.00 (which was more than the value of the car). They offered to take $1000 off because of the previous repair (fail), but did not offer a refund or credit towards a future service. I wish they would have just told me the best thing to do would be to replace the car and charge me for the diagnostic.

They didn't charge me to replace it since it started right after I had my oil changed. 

They have wonderful customer service, even had a tech drive me home once they realized the oil pan needed changed.

It is a great place. We have used them for several years. They are good people. It is a family business. I would recommend them. Their prices are reasonable and they will work with you on a budget.

I had a coupon for $25 off of a service, so I had him give me a phone quote to change a turn signal light and he quoted me $75, but $50 with the coupon. When I came in to have the work done, he told me it would be $120 and $95 with the coupon. When I called him out on it, he adjusted the cost, but it was still higher than the original quote.

When they changed my oil, the coupon said free oil and filter (with no exceptions listed); however, he told me there would be extra charges for a premium Lexus oil filter. He still put on a cheap, low-grade oil filter, but charged me double for a premium upgrade. The guy who did the work never put the oil cap back on. I heard it rattling around in my car when I left and it could have fallen out on the road. I called the owner about the problem and he told me to screw the cap back on myself.

They didn't do the wheel alignment, but they almost deliberately damaged a part by tampering with it and not completing the work - that was to the front left tire. They began the alignment on that tire, but didn't do the other 3, which caused the front left wheel to get out of alignment. They didn't tighten parts they had loosened and that is what caused the damage. I had another company do the alignment and repair.

I took my car over there just to get an estimate. I left the car there in the morning and the next afternoon they called and gave me the estimate. So I told them to do it. The next day they were done. The guy that worked there was very knowledgeable. They got the work done in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with the work they did.
