Strauch Electric

Mr. Strauch set an appointment time for the next day and arrived on time. He examined and corrected the trouble spots, replaced 2 outlets, 1 GFI and 1 switch, and surveyed the work required for the 220 outlet. Since he would need particular supplies, he arranged to return the next day. Arrived on time again and completed the work, then serviced the outside breaker box. He worked deliberately, was thorough and explained the trouble, his recommendations, and gave a quote for the complete job, prior to completion. Mr. Strauch was professional, very communicative and extremely fair in pricing. He was informative and readily gave expert advice on future upgrades without attempting to sell unnecessary services. He's our guy, for any future electrical problems or projects we may have.

This was a referral from our home warranty company after our a/c repair company identified the failed breakers as the cause of our a/c units not working. It was over 100 degrees and Roger was able to get to the house within an hour. I sent him a picture of the panel via text and he was able to bring the correct parts and replaced the panel quickly. The box was well installed and he took away all the old parts. The cost was covered by my home warranty, but I would not hesitate to use Strauch Electric again based upon his professionalism and quality of work.

I supplied all the parts to install it minus a few screws. He was available the same day I called and did it all in 20 minutes.

Roger is amazing! He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. He is also priced affordably. I will hire Roger for all of my electrical needs.

We've used Roger on several occasions -- always courteous and polite and on time. Roger doesn't have a large crew working for him anymore, it's just him -- so he may not want to take on large projects, but he will be upfront with you. I trust his opinion.

He could not do much more than simple things.

Made an appointment, he showed up when he said he would, fixed my front flood lights quickly and for a very reasonable price. Could not ask for more.

Roger was amazing! He traced out the shorts in a very efficient and timely manner. He found that there were 10 loose neutral wires that had been burned, due to sparking. Not only did he repair the wires, but also provided a new terminal in the circuit panel box. Additionally, he made sure that the other side of the panel was tightened up and working properly. It was obvious from the start that he takes a lot of pride in his work! Oh, and I should mention, he was here within the hour of the service request. :) Would highly recommend Strauch Electric to anyone who seeks quality repairs and professionalism!!
