Description of Work: We recently purchased a granite countertop for our guest bathroom from Stone Masters of Texas. We were referred to Jenny Maples of Stone Masters of Texas by the contractor who did the remodel of our guest bathroom and Jenny and her crew did an excellent job! We will definitely use Stone Masters for future remodeling projects.

Description of Work: I am a contractor that does work in occupied homes. While we were in a customers home performing work, a worker accidentally knocked over a side table in the living room. The table had a granite top to it and when it hit the floor it chipped a piece of the granite off of the table edge. I knew this was going to be a fun replacement because the table was not as thick as typical granite countertops, trying to match the same granite was going to be impossible, and since I don't deal in granite, I had no idea where to go... Fortunately Stone Masters was right down the street from my office. I stopped in there and showed them the piece that I was trying to match. Fully expecting to have to get a new piece of granite and preparing for the cost, I was pleasantly surprised. Rather than shake me down for a replacement, their shop foreman came to look at the piece. He assured me he could work some magic on this piece and you would never know the difference. I was skeptical, but I said why not? If It doesn't work I still have to buy a new piece of granite, right? Well I will tell you this: I went to pick up the piece when it was done and I could not find where they did the repair. Believe me, I looked it over. Finally I was able to see it after REALLY looking hard. It was that good. The cost of the repair was very reasonable given the fact that they saved me from having to buy a whole new piece of granite. The team here does care. I had a small job that was not a money maker, but they still stopped and solved my problem. That says a lot about a company and what they are willing to do for their customers.
