Stone City Granite

The company owner, Erik, was contracted to granite my countertops and Fire place. He was really responsive until I cut him a check for 2600.00. He then refused to answer my calls and txt messages. To make things worse, I had paid for the demo of my kitchen by another contractor, and therefore, Erik left me without a range, sink and countertops. On the day of the install, he failed to show up and then texted me "sorry, can't make it. I'll have to do it Tuesday". I fired him immediately, through email, because again, he refused my calls. Fortunately, I was able to retrieve my granite, because he failed to pick it up. I plan to seek reimbursement for the rest of the money he owes me. Please beware of this company. This company appears to be fraudulent.

Stone City Granite has failed to follow-up with repairing the product they provided and have failed to deliver the final peices as described in the contract. The owner operator (Erik) does no reply to phone messages, nor does he keep his appointments. I'm still waiting on a Lazy Susan made from the same granite material used in the kitchen, as well as a third counter piece for the same area. I also found scratches and construction marks on the original peice of island counter granite that requires polishing. I've been trying to contact him numerous times and he failes to comply with the contract and/or his pormises. I've even tried to pick up the last remaining items myself, but Erik still does not comply.
