Insurance Agencies
I was a customer of theirs for many years with no tickets or major accidents. But after my first large claim, they dropped me and told me that I would have to pay nearly double the rate to continue. I went to another provider and was able to get the same low rate I'd originally had with State Farm. which just doesn't make any sense. State Farm couldn't give me a concrete reason for why they were dropping me. My agent, Donnie, was great. All the people in the office were fantastic as well. As far as the rest of the company goes, i'm very dissatisfied.
