"unfortunately you cannot please everbody all the time, since I started my business in san antonio I have come to realize that with the abundance of CHEAP labor people expect alot more than what is standard in the industry.In 20 years I've had 1 bad review by this disgruntled customer, I bent over backwards to please this man even going out of my way to get more supplies that he was supposed to furnish."
