I took the table back but they kept the donation.

With only a minor glitch everything went very well. Our new house is now a home. Each and every room looks perfect. Many thanks to Ashley and Joyce Ann you are both fabulous!

They were helpful. The salesperson was great and gave us several choices. They are friendly and courteous. When we need furniture again, we will be starting our search with them.

I went into Star knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase, since I had been in before. For the first time in my life, I entered a furniture store without being constantly pestered by sales people. I went during the day on a Tuesday or Thursday and I don't know where everyone was, but there just weren't enough salespeople there. Finally, after about 15 minutes, a salesman was available to help me. He was polite and knowledgeable. The bunk bed was delivered, as promised, in a couple of weeks. The guys who came to set them up were quick and professional. It took them only about 20 minutes to unload, set up, and leave. The beds, which I had set up as two twins, look great. I'd say they look almost as expensive as Pottery Barn for a fraction of the price.

THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY ATTENTIVE, AND SHE KEPT NOTES ON THE PIECES WE SHOWED AN INTEREST IN. SHE ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT OUR TIMEFRAME WAS. SHE WAS WILLING TO TAKE THE NECESSARY TIME WITH US. WE WENT TO OTHER STORES, BUT WE RETURNED TO STAR AND ASKED FOR OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE. WE THEN PURCHASED THE TWO SOFAS FROM HER. LATER, MY HUSBAND RETURNED TO PURCHASE A SPECIAL CHAIR FOR ME. SHE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO STAR AND LOOK UP OUR ORIGINAL SALES PERSON.
