The service continues to be performed really well and Mike and Austin try to detect problems before they become major. They even survive the spring season with all of the leaves and pollen falling into a pool with some big trees nearby. It is a huge relief to know that the quality care they offer is protecting a homeowners investment. Thank you!

I called around for price quotes from several businesses listed on this site. I received quotes from $599-$850. I wasn't expecting to pay that much so was not sure what we were going to do.
Mike from Splash Pools called and he asked me to explain what the issue with the pool was. I told him and he said that it may not even need a drain and clean. He said he had another job in my neighborhood and said he could come by and assess the situation. He also said he was pretty booked but that if it didn't need a lot of work he probably would be able to squeeze me in. I told him to let himself into my backyard, he said he would and called me back.
He came by on Friday, May 3rd and I met him at the house. He said it didn't need to be drained but that he could get it in working order and it would only cost $350. We were ecstatic and told him to please go ahead. He started cleaning and chemically treating the pool right then and there. He came back again on Monday and then on Wednesday after letting the pump run and the chemicals work. By Monday the pool was sparkling. Mike was extremely professional, friendly and throughly explained what was wrong, what we did wrong and how to prevent this.
On Wednesday, Mike called me to let me know he was done. I told him I would come home so I could write him a check and he said that it was no problem, he would just bill me thru the mail. He also told me that since the pool was ready faster than he orignally thought, he didn't have to spend as much time with it so the bill would only be $250! Awesome, most people would have just charged what orginally was quoted. I am very impressed with Mike and Splash Pools. He actually took the time to talk to me and assess what I needed instead of overcharging me. He is an honest professional that has provided the best customer service I've seen in a long time. I would recommend Mike and Splash Pools anyday. He is phenomenal and I just can't say enough great things about him, his work and work ethic. Anyone in San Antonio with a pool needs to call him!!

I called several pools places to see if someone could come fix it and most places did not want to come since it was such a small job. I the found Spalsh Pool and Spa on Angie's list and Mike came the next afternoon. I was very pleased with his work and would definately call him again in the future.

Besides being so helpful the day after Thanksgiving, he gave me his card and said that if I had any questions in the future, just call and he would see if he could help me over the phone--free of charge. The people that are his regular customers are very lucky to have him!!!!

In the beginning of May the pool was out of chemical blance to the extreme and additionally had embedded stains that had been deemed unremovable unless the pool was drained and cleaned.The company's owner began taking care of tghe pool on a weekly basis at that point and slowly the stains have disappeared with his conscientious efforts. His correct use of chemicals have maintained a clean sparkling water quality aliong with watter levels that have added to the overall excellence of his pool maintenance service.The added bonus is that the owner is very knowledgeable about pool equipment and its working order. He also has the ability to repair problems before they can become severe. On his first vist he noticed a slight leak in the pump that had been and quot;supposedly fixedand quot; in the past and it has been fine ever since.This company has been a real bonus in every way.

The owner, Mike answered my frantic call at 7:30 am and scheduled us for the following day. He arrived on time and even called before arriving to let us know that he was ten minutes away. It took only a few minutes to diagnosis the problem and replace a part. The pool water was completely out of whack and he corrected it within minutes. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the time he took to explain the problem. We will definitely have him back when needed. If you are tired of the larger companies, and would like to try a small independent pool company give Splash Pool and Spa a call.
