2 trips necessary.  first team was professional.  both teams used shoe covers and were friendly enough (but first team way better).
Took care of the drain, no problem. Had to return w parts to fix toilet.  Was supposed to be here at 10.  At noon still not here.  Call center wasn't answering.  Finally got through and didn't know when they'd arrive.  As a result, half day off had to become an entire day off. To be so late and no communicate gives them a score for poor professionalism - even if they were nice and used shoe covers.  Good thing I have good colleagues who covered for me.  Repair was only 15 minutes to complete for my whole day wasted.  Next time I'll give someone else a chance.

I had a leak underneath my toilet and called American Home Shield (AHS) who gave the repair order to Specific Plumbing Works on 02/22/16 who called me on 02/23/16 to set-up the repair appointment. original appointment was set for 02/24/16 between 1-3pm. When i had not heard from them by 3:30 I called and spoke with office scheduler Emily who stated "Our technician is running late, but they will call you when they are on their way." I received a call at 4:45 telling me the technician was on their way. I have to pick-up my daughter from daycare which is a 20 minute round trip from the house. I asked Emily to tell the technician, who never called me, that I would be back at home in 15-20 minutes but if he came and I was not back yet to please have them wait for me. Emily stated "our technicians do not wait". I reminded her that I had waited for them for 4 hours and asked why they could not wait for me for 15-20 minutes, and again she stated they do not wait. I then called my nephew and asked him to come to the house and meet the technicians until I got back. On my way back home I received a call from my nephew stating the technician was leaving and had not done the repairs. I spoke with the technician who informed me that the job could not be done as they had to call AHS and get authorization for the repair. "When they send us the work order it's only for us to come to the house and determine what needs to be done. we then call AHS and get authorization for the job. I received a call from Jessica - office manager for Specific Plumbing who stated the technician would be at my home Saturday 02/27/16 between 10-12 noon to repair my toilet which just needed a wax seal replaced. I called the office at 1pm as they had not yet arrived, and was referred to an answering machine which would send the office a text message of my telephone number, no one ever called me back. The technicians arrived at m,y home at 3pm Saturday in an unmarked vehicle and wearing a T-Shirt with the name of Specific Plumbing. When I asked them for an identification badge they both stated "we left our wallets at home and do not have any type of picture ID with us." Not wanting to them leave without the repair being done, I allowed them entrance to my home and watched them as they worked. 30 minutes later one of the technicians told me that they would be back to complete the job in 20-30 minutes. I asked them why they needed to leave and they both stated "we forgot to bring caulking material for the bottom edge and need to go get some so we can finish the job". I then asked if they had done this type of work before and they answered yes, I asked them if they new they were coming to replace a wax seal and would need to re-caulk the bottom edge, how can they forget to bring caulking material? "Well we forgot it so if you want us to finish the job we will have to get some caulking to finish". They left and returned 30 minutes later and finished the job. Not wanting them to be in my home any longer, when they told me they were done I let them leave. When i inspected the work I noticed they had left three 6-8 inches long gaps at the base of the toilet which they had not caulked. I was not going to call them back so this morning I re-caulked it myself. I have since called AHS and asked them to take Specific Plumbing Works of of their referral list and, if they chose to keep them on there, in the future should i need any plumbing work done, they would not be allowed in  my home and i would refuse their services.

They're reasonable. They've been very professional. I have been pleased with them.

9/17/2015 ? Specific Plumbing came out ? took the word of the previous plumbers and reported bad PRV (He did not check anything ? just copied over what the other plumbers wrote). 
9/21/2015 ? Specific Plumbing said they needed 'excavation equipment' to access the PRV and it would be $200 above what the home warranty covers.  The only issue is it is in a box and is not buried (it is actually about 3 inches above ground inside the
box).   We questioned the need for excavation equipment - it turned out Specific charges $200 to "pick up a shovel."  After a back and forth with the home warranty company we agreed to pay Specific the $200 to get it done ASAP.
9/29/2015 - Plumber was supposed to come in the morning but was late and we could not have him do the work when he showed up.  Rescheduled for 10/5/2015.
10/5/2015 - We paid the plumber the $200 ? he dug around the box with a shovel instead of a trowel and broke the box.  He replaced the PRV and put on an expansion tank (no leaks).  He stated on the receipt that he set the water pressure to 65.  We checked it that evening and it showed the pressure at 45-50 and the valve box was broken.  We also did not get a copy of the permit they were supposed to get.  We called them back.
10/9/15 ? the plumber came back out and said the box was already cracked but he would replace it.  He checked the pressure and it showed 50-55 ? he said he did not set the pressure, it comes from the factory preset and he cannot change the pressure without someone else helping him and they could maybe come back another time.   He also did not set the pressure on the expansion tank.  We gave up? we adjusted the PRV  to get the pressure correct.  It now registers 65. 
10/26/2015 ? after multiple calls - they still have not come back to replace the box that they broke nor have we seen the inspection permit.  We called the city to verify the permit however they did not get it permitted.
