Hired for a one-time cash payment to cut grass. ($80). The job was not performed well (large clumps of grass clippings left behind. Grass left at an unacceptably tall length). Soto was contacted to return and clean up and to recut to a shorter length. Soto denied the job was performed by his company stating that a record of the job did not exist since it was a cash payment. Even after a description of his work crew was given and presented to him and his own business flyer that was provided at the time of hire. Soto still denied the job and took no responsibility. An elderly home owner is out $80 cash.

Best quote by far for the job of removing tree/trunk and trim other trees around the house. The removed tree needed to be ground down at least 5 inches below ground level to allow for the foundation pour over the area. Was not done properly. Attempted to arrange several times for him to come back to redo stump removal. After the third try, I am left sending a text message or leaving voicemails. Will have to arrange for another company just to finish stump grinding.

They A great communicators and came out to the property right away and give me an evaluation of what he felt really be done to get rid of the weed problem and get the grass growing properly and healthy again. So I had him weed and aerate the lawn at my property and watered it until my tenant moved in. I know my tenant is using his services to make sure that the lawn and trimming are taken care of . It s nice to have a local lawn and garden service that you can depend on to do the right thing.
