I filled out the contact form online and they called my phone within 24 hours. They person who came out was friendly and clear. They had lots of options and ideas to help me work within a budget. They said the screens would take 10 to 14 days. In real time it took more like 20 days. They made the first install appointment with me over the phone and all was well. Then the day came and I didn't hear from them until 3 hours after the initial start time for installation. They said the installer got hung up on some stuff and was still going to make it out and they'd call before he got there. Didn't happen. They called back at 4pm to reschedule for Saturday AM. This time they were late again, about 60 minutes. They did call before they arrived and installation was 30 minutes. Again, the guy who installed it was kind, fast, efficent and easy to work with. Don't set up you're whole day waiting for an install. I sort of knew this might happen and it didn't bother me too much. If I had chained myself to the house all day I would've been annoyed but I also would have called them sooner and figured it out.

Sales representatives who visited the home were polite and did a good job explaining all of the available options. The provided a written estimate that was honored almost 6 months after the initial visit. After all measurements were taken the sales representative said it would take 10 days for installation. After 14 days I had to call to find out when my shades with be installed. Total time from measurement to install ended up being about 20 days. Despite the delay (which was never explained) the shades look great. The did an excellent job matching the frames to my existing trim colors. Overall I am very happy and I would use this company again.
