When I first came in contact with Simple Favor, I was looking for an inspection with a sewer scope inspection included. Unfortunately at the time they did not offer sewer scope inspection, which is why we did not go with them. However, getting a quote with them was absolutely phenomenal! Great service extraordinary communication with my last inspection it was jus a cut dry experience was asking questions and never really got a response, but with simple favor it was a completely different experience they were very kind and through so much so that they found a issue with our hvac system which turned out to be a blown compressor. With that info we were able to get the seller to replace it before we bought the home.

When I contacted Simple Favor, they immediately were able to assist me; I did not have to wait days for a response. I spoke with Devontae, and he offered me affordable prices and great workmanship. He communicated with me throughout the entire process and answered all questions and concerns I had. I am very grateful that I found Simple Favor when I did.

Mr. Gollett was very straightforward with his inspections. He was very thorough in his processes to make sure the house we were interested in was up to our standards. We are looking a multiple different homes and I would consider using his services again for the other homes. He spots the little things we didnâ t even think to check in the home. He pointed out some foundation issues that could occur and that made us rethink that house. Mr. Gollett was very professional and a friendly person to deal with.

Worth every penny. Before the inspection my partner and I had very little knowledge on the inter-workings of a home.
