Well, except for billing issues which were straightened out.

We are getting very tired and disappointed doing their Quality Control job for them. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

We have used Simpl for approximately 6 to 8 months. From the start, service has not been good. Every week there is a different technician who comes to our home. Our cleaning day is Thursday and it is typically 7 - 7:30 pm before the technician arrives. We are apparently the last pool of the day and the technicians are always in a rush to get out. I have requested on numerous occasions to receive a call-back from the service manager, and have never received a response. This evening, after the technician left our home, the water level to our pool dropped by probably over 100 gallons. It appears that when he backwashed the pool, he forgot what he was doing and let out far too much water. On top of that, he busted something on our Polaris which is now shooting water like a geyser.

We have notified Simpl that we expect resolution immediately. If the service is not corrected to our satisfaction, we will terminate our relationship. As a client who pays top-dollar for FULL service on a weekly basis, I would expect to be treated with courtesy. Our experience has been totally unacceptable. 

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. At this point, our experience warrants an "F" rating.

Price is to clean filter..

Have used Aqua-Chlor for approximately 20 years. Trustworthy and responsive with vetted technicians. Price has increased over the years, so it isn't quite the value it once was, but I like being able to call and get somebody to stop by even on a Saturday.

It was great. Service started 18 mos ago after years of trying to rid the pool of yellow algae. They came out on time, measured the chemical balance, and went over their plan. The plan was: get rid of everything you have, don't put anything else in there, and they will be back in a few days to check progress. They did, and it worked.
Pool is crystal clear. They come every week and leave a note indicating what has been added.
Several of my neighbors have had the same results.

Excellent experience. Technician came right on time for initial treatment. After checking chemical balance, he did initial treatment and told me he would come by a recheck in a few days, which he did. After only a few treatments, all algae was gone, water was crystal clear, and the pool looks great. After spending many hours and considerable money trying to keep it clean to no avail, I am ecstatic that I look out at the pool and it is completely clear.
They come each week (every other week in the winter) and we never know they were here except for the note they leave us telling how much chlorine they added.
Their cost for treatment is not much more than I spent on chemicals which didn't work.

They do offer other services but we only use them for the chemicals. Since we've had them, which has been about three years, we don't have to scrub the sides or do anything else to the pool, just skim out the leaves. It is always crystal clear and pretty with no green stuff growing ever. It's awesome. It cost a lot of money to put the chemicals, so the price is actually less than we did it ourselves. It always looks pretty; they always keep up with it; they are very punctual; nice, very polite and good with our dogs. They use safe chemicals. They are very good and we will continue using them.

They have taken care of our pool for years now and we are very happy with their service. They are knowledgeable in their trade and are very affordable, reliable and do a good job.

I chose Aqua Chlor from a flyer I received in the mail because I was dissatisfied with the company I was using. Aqua Chlor is great, they are less expensive than my previous company and they are very detailed. I have one person that comes to adjust the chemicals, scrub and vacuum and another person that maintains the filter. Both come on the same day and both leave detailed reports about what they have done. I could not be happier.

Aqua Chlor does a very good job keeping up with things. They are very consistent never ever late and they always keep scheduled appointments. They do really good at keeping the pool clean. I do not know much about chemicals and things; I am glad they do. I have been using them for several years now. My pool is still standing and still in one piece only because of Aqua. I would never consider emplacing them.
