It went well as promised.

With the recent heavy rains, we discovered we had a leak on the roof around a skylight. I needed to have the roof repaired quickly since we have our house for sale on the market. The day I called Manuel and explained our situation, he came out that same afternoon and provided an estimate. I had two other companies take a look at it as well and in the end decided to use Silverado Roofing. Manuel provided a very detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done, warranty info, and by far had the best price. I was able to get them here quickly to do the work, and they did a great job. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Mr. Garcia arrived on schedule and provided us with a detailed estimate of cost as well as amount of time it would take to complete the job. He listened to what our concerns were and put our minds at ease about the work that was to be done. He was never pushy nor demanding when it came to what he was going to provide for us as far as repairs. Mr Garcia and all his employees were very courteous and professional. They promptly cleaned up after themselves when the work was finsihed.
