My overall experience with Shutter snap was wonderful. They promptly replied to my e-mail checking their last minute availability, met with my fianc and I to discuss how the wedding would proceed and our preferences to the style of photography and any specific pictures we wanted to include. On my wedding day, he took hundreds of pictures, but without bothering or interfering with any of the guests. He stayed for over 4 hours and sent me some preview pictures within a couple days. A couple weeks later, our pictures were available on his secure website and after that he sent us a DVD with all of our photos and a copyright waiver to reproduce the ones we liked best.
