Impressive! Professionalism was through the roof! Got a call when I was on the line with the first company, who gave a higher price than Shine without seeing the property. But right away, Bryan asked if he could come over, measure and give a free estimate. He quickly assessed our gutters, gave a fair price, and a military discount I requested. He said they would come over today, the day of my request on Angie's List, and they came over promptly at 3:00 p.m. I heard how thorough they were, getting up on the roof, cleaning out the leaves and black debris. Didn't even have to check their work before they left. The sounds of cleaning were echoing so loudly that my little miniature Schnauzer-Poodle mix (Schnoodle) was protesting, ruff! ruff! Get off my roof, stop that cleaning! Usually, we have to haul away debris left in bags when a company cleans our gutters! "Not this time," my husband exclaimed! "Wow! they even bagged and took away the debris." There was just a little residue that had fallen on the side and in the brick pan at the end of one gutter, but nothing to write home about! It's normal when they are that dirty, and it washed away easily afterward. They tell you what they're going to do, and promptly, thoroughly, and fairly execute.
