"To all Angie's List Members. [Member Name Removed]'s review was just brought to my attention, 3 years after the fact, by a representative at Angie's List. According to our records, all work has been completed to the customers satisfaction and there are no outstanding issues on the project. I would like to personally apologize for the lack of communication on the part of our project manager and my late response to [Member Name Removed] review. We take our customers satisfaction very seriously. Mr. Phipps was a new client that was not familiar with the construction process. His home was severely damaged in a storm and need extensive repairs. We worked directly with his insurance company to provide general contracting services. All costs were absorbed by his insurance company except for his deductible. We had to make some changes to the original work order, but this is not uncommon when working on a house that has this type of damage. In direct response to his review: 1. The door certificate was delayed by the State and out of our control. 2. Your project was an insurance claim due to storm damage and you were only required to pay your deductible. According to our records, we did not collect any additional monies from you other that what was provide by your insurance claim. 3. The damage to your home was extensive and it did take us several months to complete, I apologize for any inconvenience. 4. We stand behind our work and hold all our subcontractors to the same standard.
