The whole process was smooth. Phil measured and quoted the shelves. They came in about 3 weeks later and Phil installed. We are very happy to be able to use our pantry efficiently. With full extension pull-out shelves, items in the back are just as easy to access as items in the front.

Outstanding. We were provided an estimate on Feb 17, 2017 and the work was completed on March 3, 2017. The contractor arrived at the agreed time, commenced installation and stayed on the job without a break until completion, approximately five hours. Upon completion the work site was completely cleaned up and all trash and debris removed.

These guys are wonderful. Prompt when scheduling appointments. Measurements were accurate - and took into account just what I wanted done. When the drawers were ready, the installer made it happen efficiently and without incident. When they left, I got to rearrange, organize, and make my kitchen user friendly. I now have great drawers in all of my lower kitchen cabinets and I love them. They are high quality and glide like a dream. Thanks Shelf Confident for such a nice job.

We love the results and wish we had done it years ago. Everything looks and works great. The installation took longer than expected, but was still done in one day, although a long one. The workmanship was outstanding and we would recommend them to anyone.

Shelf Confident installed a total of nine pull-out drawers in my kitchen this afternoon. I had seen the ad in the Home Mag, the February edition. The magazine advertised two free pull-out shelves with the purchase of 6 or more pull-out shelves. Another company, a very good company, had installed a total of six shelves before Christmas. They are also very good quality and look beautiful. The difference: The company who installed six shelves, before Christmas, charged about $2200. Shelf Confident installed nine shelves for a shade below $2000. I dare anyone to compare the shelves and be able to tell which company did which shelves.

Both Al and Phillip were very customer friendly. Both explained the process in detail. Phil did the actual install and was self sufficient and worked cleanly. I only rated a little down on pricing because the product and service themselves are costly, not because of Shelf Confident's pricing. I do believe they are less expensive than the national known competitors. With the competitors, i could not get an appointment that worked with my schedule. Both Al and Phillip worked with my schedule for the total of three visits. I would use them again and would recommend them to others who might be thinking of doing this improvement project for their home and wanted it done professionally. I did get a 10% discount because of membership on Angie's list.

Shelf Confident was very professional from the very first phone call. Pricing was explained up front - to be sure I understood what I was getting for $199.00. An appointment was made, the representative arrived on time and spent quite a bit of time getting accurate measurements and making suggestions regarding the best value for the money. I am very happy with the service of Shelf Confident. I have been kept well informed regarding the expected delivery date and my shelving will be installed next week.

The estimate was significantly higher than we expected. In the end we decided to do the work ourselves. Shelf confident refunded our package without any problem.

I had a bid from Shelf Genie and Shelf Confident is the exact same shelves and installed exactly the same and much cheaper. The two men knew what they were doing and I was so pleased. I have referred them to a friend of mine and she is going to use them in her new house. It is so nice to not have to bend over so much. I am going to add some more at a later date.

It turned out well and there were no problems with scheduling. The shelves took about 4-6 weeks to come in. Everything was exactly as explained. I did think there would be more shelves for the price.

It was OK. I wish the deal would have been spelled out more clearly at the beginning. The guys who did it did a good job. They were nice and the turn around was good. Scheduling was great; the price was just high.

I purchased the $99 big deal and I was a little skeptical ?in the beginning. However, I finally got my shelves installed and they are awesome! My cabinets are sort of an oatmeal color, so the shelves are a perfect match. I only had one cabinet done and it took less than an hour to install. The cabinets are kind of pricey, but they are well worth the money. I eventually would like to have all of my lower cabinets done, however due to the cost will probably have to have one cabinet at a time done. In addition to doing a great job they are very professional and they explain everything to you. ?I would definitely recommend this company. This was the best Big Deal ever!

Very professional. I've hired a lot of workers over the years and this was one of the best. Always easy to get a hold of and always followed through exactly as promised. This was a Big Deal price. My cabinets were not best setup for this service, so just did the one.

They came out and gave us a bid. I showed them where I wanted the shelves done. They made suggestions and gave me ideas that I didn't think of and I thought that was great. They are very nice and accommodating. We will be having them come out to do the work.

We were so pleased with the units that we ordered several other drawers as well. The technicians were meticulous in measurement and workmanship. My wife and I both agree that our experience with Shelf Confidence was not only highly satisfying but exemplary as well.

It turned out very well. We very pleased with the work they did. Al and Phil are excellent gentlemen. I enjoyed doing business with them. The project is still on going. We hired them to put in additional shelves.

Schedules were coordinated carefully as my job requires frequent travel. The company representatives came as planned for an initial assessment and selection of products, cabinet measurements and cost estimate. The time estimates given for building the products I had selected, were accurate and they contacted me to schedule the installations. Written work orders were detailed and accurate. Since I had all the lower cabinetry done, it took them two scheduled trips to complete the job. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the professional installation. The finished product was better than I expected - each cabinet was fitted with custom drawers that slide out easily - I had two drawers per cabinet installed - each drawer holds 100 lbs. weight and I certainly tested this as I have very heavy bowls,dinnerware, cookware, etc. and all are easily accessible and with minimal effort. Drawers under the sink are constructed to maximize use of space while accommodating the plumbing. The installation team was very professional and efficient, they cleaned the work area before leaving, at each installation, and did no peripheral damage during the entire process. One cabinet that I was most pleased with is a stationery slotted, two-tier space in the cabinet above my wall mounted ovens that accommodates all my cookie sheets, flat, long cookware, griddles, etc. that makes it very easy to pull out and replace these types of pans. I was so pleased with the overall results that I also had them do my bathroom cabinets. It was very helpful to have them use email as well as telephone communications during the process to keep me updated on any questions regarding the custom build, schedules, etc. It was a pleasure to work with this company!
