They were awesome.  Couldn't ask for better service.

They did a horrible job, they took out the bushes that I told them to leave alone. They left the job unfinished. They did not return the calls that I made to see what was going on.

I sent requests for an estimate to three companies and Sharron Enterprises responded the quickest to my request. He had gotten the estimate to us in a timely manner, as well. I found him to be the best fit for us. He did an excellent job. The trees were bigger and took a lot of hard work to plant. He did a wonderful job and did exactly what he said he would do. He was patient with me when I changed my mind a couple of times. It was an overall great experience. I had a sprinkler there but a tree had fallen and damaged it. He repaired that and added a new sprinkler system for the new trees. 

Although the price for their services was lower than the previous company we had been using, the quality of work and professionalism was significantly less also. I cannot recall one thing that was asked to be done by them that was completed on time or completed entirely on their own without us having to call them or remind them. It was always very difficult to get ahold of Neill who is the owner of the company. When we did get ahold of him there was always an excuse that was going on in his personal life as to why he was unavailable. We recently hired a new company and said that our lawn and landscape looked neglected. We had never had so many weeds in the lawn as we did when Sharron Enterprises was doing our lawn maintenance. We asked him to put new mulch in our beds and he brought the wrong type of mulch. One of their responsibilities was to check our irrigiation system monthly to see if there were any repairs that needed to be done. We never heard anything from them and this past week we had a new company start and they found 4 repairs that had been overlooked. We had also asked Sharron Enterprises to bury some irrigation pipes that were sticking out of the ground and they only completed half of the job and never came back to finish it. We also had asked them to dig up some plants in our beds so that we could plant new plants and give us ideas of what to plant, this was also only completed halfway and was never finished and we were never given suggestions. We sent in our cancellation letter last week and in the contract it states that they will still perform services for 30 days after the letter is received. We never received any confirmation that they received the letter, which we had asked in the letter for them to do and they also did not follow through with their end of the contract and finish their services for 30 days. It has now been a month since we have not used them and have never heard another word from Neill. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone and I don't understand how they have any type of service award from Angie's List.

I am very happy with them. They are very reliable, very punctual. They do a very neat job and they clean up beautifully after themselves. And when I have extra things to do, they occasionally will do trimmings and shrubs and that sort of thing at no additional cost, which I appreciate. They do sprinkler service for me too occasionally. Their price is very competitive with the other services that I've used.

I called the firm to give me an estimate and one a Friday, about two weeks before the work, they arrived. The estimate they gve was very close to final work (extra work costs extra).

We meet for a consultation, viewed the front and back yard, I explained what I would have liked, the representative informed me of what could or could not be done, I had the yard cut few times, I stopped the service as I wanted the weeds pulled and not just cut. Overall the service provided was good, no complaints

We have been using them for our lawn maintenance for almost a year now. Before we hired them, we got quote from several companies that are highly rated in Angie?s list, and Sharron Enterprises offered the best rate. They are very professional and did a great job. Our lawn looks much better now and both my husband and I are very pleased.

They are always professional, call in advance to change date if necessary, are willing to do extra services and almost always have someone in the office who takes calls and/or call me back promptly. I have enjoyed having them provide maintenance for our lawn and will continue to do so. The payment arrangements are flexible and I can reach them by email.

Contracted for services every 2 weeks.  Always on time, job completed promptly and almost always well done.  Been a customer for months and plan to continue relationship.

With my busy schedule it is difficult to find the time and enegry to take care of my yard on any regular schedule.  Even though I could get in mowing the yard every couple of weeks (or longer) the trimming and edging hadn't been done in months and needed some major work.  I called Sharron Enterprises and the young lady that answered was friendly and very helpful.  She had someone out to look at the lawn and got back to me in a quickly manner to discuses the cost.  We arranged a day for the first service and when I got home that day I was amazed on how beautiful the lawn looked (front and back).  I couldn't be happier.

The weeds in our yard, which is mostly rock with landscaping, with small lawns in the front and back, had gotten beyond our control.  I contacted Sharron, and made an appointment for an estimate to be done.  The man who did the estimate showed up on time, went through everything with me, and the estimate was e-mailed to me the next day.  We accepted it and an appointment was made to have the work done.
My husband was originally going to be home when the work was done, but he was hospitalized and I could not be home that day.  I contacted Sharron, and we worked out a plan for me to get the check to them, so the work could be done when it was scheduled.  They were happy to work with me, always courteous, friendly and professional.
When I arrived home in the evening, after the work was done, I was delighted with the way the yard looked. The weeds had been cut down or pulled, and I could tell they had been treated with weed killer.  The plants I had requested were planted where I wanted them, and the trimming I had requested on our crepe myrtles and a smaller plant had been done even better than I expected.  The lawns were mowed and edged.  All the trash had been removed, and the driveway, front door step, sidewalk, and even our back patio had been swept! 
Sharron Enterprises did the job they were hired to do, and more.  I am so happy with the results, and would not hesitate to hire them again, or to recommend them to others.

I strongly recommend True Cut Lawn Service.  I called True Cut on Tuesday, 4/17.  They had someone come out to my property on Wednesday, 4/18.  Mark and Steve were very pleasant.  My one year old daughter took quite a liking to them and blew kisses to them as they left.  They were able to schedule my first appointment on Friday, 4/20.  The first charge was $175.00.  This was really because there was so much work to do to get the yard up to par.  On a go-forward basis, the charge will only be $125.00 every two weeks. I feel that is a very reasonable fee for the work that is done.   I was absolutely amazed with these gentlemen!  They were very responsive and I felt their fees were very reasonable.  They were very professional and worked very quickly.  My yard looks fabulous. In fact, I don't think it has ever looked better!  I think they definitely went the extra mile and we are extremely satisfied with their work.  They blew the leaves and grass off of my driveway and pool deck.  After they left, my husband asked me if they did things like remove dead trees like the two dead crepe myrtles we had near the side of the house.  I told him I would have to ask the next time they came..  Imagine my surprise when I walked out and found that they had removed two dead trees without being asked and without charging more money.  This has been a very pleasant experience.  Thank you, Angie's List, for helping me find them.

Matt called on Monday morning to apologize profusely for the problems with our last contact.  Advised that he would go out on Monday and take care of the yard and be able to get us onto a regular schedule.

I can't tell you how pleased we were with the work Matt and his crew did on the yard.  It was fabulous coming home to a well-groomed yard.  Both the front and back looked great.  When he said he would be out on Monday to do the yard, I certainly didn't expect that it would be before my husband left for work.  I think they were just waiting for the clock to tick over before they started.

We will be moving soon and we will hope that Matt and his crew continue to help us maintain the yard at our new address as well.  You couldn't ask for a more kind, personable individual.  Matt will do right by you and take care of every detail you ask for.

They were prompt, very economical, and very courteous.  I have never met them, I have only talked to them on the phone, but they were always courteous.

There were 4 young men that came, they got there when they said they would and got the job done. I can't imagine a more professional lawn service.

They keep to the schedule, and if they are in the area they will call to see if I need them to touch up the yard.

Working with Matt and his company is a very easy and pleasant transaction.  He is able to accommodate requests within a day or two and is very flexible and able to offer a variety of services.
