I was very satisfied with them. We did have to have the head gasket replaced. They were very thorough and they explained everything to us, so I was very pleased with that. After the initial misdiagnosis from a different company that we would need a completely new engine, I was happy that Seymour's was able to fix our problem simply by replacing the head gasket.

I found them on Angie's List and they did what they said they would for the price that they quoted me. I think that they have very good customer service and they are very responsive.

Seymour's Garage is very helpful and they do a lot of work for me. They are very knowledgeable and called to make sure about their work. They definitely stand by their work even though they are a bit pricey. It s worth it though.

Mark delivered the car with a complete explanation of what had been done and why. I have used Seymour's since 1997 and have always been satisfied with their work. They may be a bit higher, but the knowledge that they do what is needed and will stand behind their work is worth the extra cost.

Incredibly good service!!!! The problems were with the ignition tumbler and harness. The parts and labor total for the starting problem, including the 2.5 day diagnosis, were $471.69. I asked Mark to do a tune up, since we had not had one done and had owned the car 2 years. Our total bill was $844.34. Mark stayed on his birthday to finish the car Friday so my husband and our son could go on their father-son trip to the family Reservation in Oklahoma, which would have been cancelled if the car wouldn't have been ready That impressed me, but what really impressed me was Mark's consistent communication, many apologies for taking so much time, and his honesty. To paraphrase: "A good mechanic's price is above rubies". A good mechanic is worth more than rubies, a good HONEST mechanic's worth is incalculable. I am bringing my own car, my fast, fragile Golf TDI (which gets 50+ mpg and tempts me to speed every day) to Mark and only Mark from now on. I think I'm in love...

They were able to provide a correct diagnosis over the phone. They were right on the money and the actual cost was less than expected, even when added the cost for 3 more hoses.

I have used Seymours for years now. They are the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever used. The first time I used them, I brought my car in for the a/c not working. I had just taken it to three different mechanics for estimates, and those mechanics told me I needed extensive repairs (over $300) to fix the a/c. I took it to Seymours on a friend's recommendation. Seymours found the problem, a $20 belt. The inexpensive repair fixed the a/c problem. I was so incredibly thankful for their honesty and expertise. It saved me money in the end. Over the years, the owner has helped us not only with our car repairs but also helped us locate and evaluate new (preowned) vehicles when we were ready to get another vehicle. Over the years, they have gotten quite busy and so now sometimes it takes longer to get our cars repaired but it is so worth the wait. We do an annual check-up on our vehicles. Seymours gives us a list of what needs to be done asap and what can wait.

The work was satisfactory. I was out of town and was able to leave my car with them until I returned. I was originally quoted $140 for parts then on the bill they charged me $175 for parts, when I asked about the difference they honored their original quote even though their cost was $175.

Outstanding garage! I thought I needed tie rod work due to a local tire change but they explained I didn't. They could have done the work I asked them to do and I would have been none the wiser just poorer. Instead they gave me an honest report on what needed work. Very busy place as many already know what I just learned. Honest, reasonably priced outfit! I'm going back.

Always very honest and straightforward. They stand behind their work. They never do unnecessary work. They aren't the very cheapest, but the quality is top-notch.

I have used Seymour's since 1997, and I feel totally confident in their staff and workmanship. I was referred to them by a friend who has used them since the '80's. This particular work involved a part that turned out to be defective after searching serial #'s and batch #'s. Seymour's honored their initial work and guarantee. They found the source of the problem and remedied everything under their warranty at no additional charge including their towing.

I am a regular customer of this garage. They are very trustworthy and stand behind all of their work. They are timely, courteous and keep a spotless work area. Couldn't do without them.
