Nancy from Servpro was in touch with us the very same day. They had never encountered a situation like this before, so it took a couple days of research before they could start. We appreciated that because we are expecting a baby and we know they wanted to do their best and do it right. They did an incredibly thorough cleaning of our house. Sending all of our clothes and linens to the cleaner and coming back to help hang curtains, make beds and put clothes away. We had an air scrubber installed for several days and they cleaned all of our air ducts out. Every single person that worked with us was wonderful! It has been such a stressful time for us, but we knew that they cared and we could trust them. Nancy has become a part of our family!

Outstanding Service Organization! We can highly recommend Servpro of NESA. They are extremely competent and highly professional. Nancy K. worked with us on the estimate and the assessment. We could not have asked for someone more knowledgeable or capable. She was courteous and caring and understood fully the stresses we were facing. Her team of Ramona, Alicia, and Connie were fantastic home restorers. They worked extremely hard and the results were truly remarkable. They were kind and courteous and knew exactly what was needed - they restored this home like they were cleaning their own home! We would hire Servpro of NESA again without any hesitation or reservations. An outstanding organization that knows their business and is a real pleasure to do business with!

We had a can of insecticide explode. We were out when it happened, and we thought there was a gas leak when we got back. They were out here for a couple days, and they got all of the odor out everywhere. It blew my mind that they could get rid of the smell. It was akin to having a skunk in the house; we had to stay in a hotel.

"Servpro of NE San Antonio was hired by the brother of the member. He was concerned for his sisters well being. She had become a shut in and her house was overrun by cats. The house was a health hazard. Servpro treated the clean up as a bio hazard clean. There was no mold. Servpro was hired by him to clean and disinfect the entire residence. Feces and urine covered the contents as well as the structure. The garage had two inches of feces that had to be shoveled out. The carpet and pad were non restorable and had to be removed. The wall had been sprayed by tom cats continuously and had saturated the drywall through the paint and could not be disinfected. The drywall was removed four feet up to make repairs more efficient. The contents that she speaks of were to be discarded as there was no way to repair them or deodorize them. These contents that were discarded were covered in urine and feces both. We could not do any repairs as the damage was to far gone. We were given permission by the brother to discard items into dumpster and have them hauled off. There were two computers, printer and modem that were returned to her that were cleaned. Those items were returned to her brother on 4 Jan 2010 prior to her getting out of the hospital. I did not receive a phone call from her until 6 May 2010 about missing items. Servpro cannot be expected to pay for items that were returned or which Servpro was given permission by him to discard."

Servpro was recommended to me by my insurance company. They were on time. They did what they said they were going to do. They came back when they said they were going to. We had a small problem and they came back out and took care of it. We haven't seen any mold or anything like that.

Two workers arrived punctually, estimated 3 days needed for fans and dehumidifiers, total estimate of $1,700+. When I resisted high cost, workers called office, long delay, response that they were instructed to not do the work unless I agreed have done what they said was needed. I reluctantly agreed. Workers then called to have more equipment brought to the house, they did not have enough, more delay. They plugged in a fan and dehumidifier into the same electrical outlet, which later threw a circuit; outlet ended up not damaged, however. Carpet dried in one day. I felt like I was being "hustled" into agreeing to potentially buy more services than was needed. Was glad I had new pad installed and carpeting restretched by flooring company's personnel, not ServPro.

I was very pleased with both jobs Servpro had done for me. Joe came in told us what we needed to do so we spent the night in a motel to let the carpets really dry. He did not tell us we needed to do that but it worked for us.

Despite the damage done by the water, our technician made the experience easier to deal with due to his professionalism and knowledge of what needed to be done.
