DO NOT USE! We hired them to do water removal & redo our kitchen. We hired them later 2019 & they didn't finish until Jan 2021. The didn't come every day, mostly half days, had to remove cabinets 4 time because of misplacement, no vent pipe for sink, couldn't line up the vent for stove pipe had to buy a ventless vent a hood. Now a month ago the top cabinets are falling off the wall. We called and talked to Steve then Daniel just to get the run around for 3 weeks, then they tell us the 5 year warranty is up. They finished work Jan 2021 how can it be up? My husband is a Disabled Vietnam Veteran & we live on a fixed income & now we'll have to find a way to pay to fix their mistake & damage they have caused. Once they get their money they are gone! We were hoping they would do they right thing. DO NOT USE!!!

Exceptional from the first call after my washer flooded my house. Jonathan set up his team and the drying services very quickly. He worked directly with my insurance adjuster to ensure there were no issues. He recommended other services and always had time for my questions. A few days later, my rental home blew a pipe. I immediately called Jonathan and he set me up with Fred to take care of that mess while I was out of town. ServPro did an outstanding job on both houses and recommended a superior plumber. Trust me - these are the folks you want on your job. I know who to call now.

They removed water and treated the areas of concern caused by a plumbing leak. They were quick and efficient.

Ashley was my main point of contact from start to finish on the project and she was consistently professional and easy to get a hold of. My toilet overflowed and I didn't think anyone would be able to get there in the middle of the night, but she was there with her crew within hours. I would definitely recommend them.

Based on their 'customer service' this company dealt with my insurance company to do water damage repair. The initial job was performed. It was satisfactory. The second job was performed under false pretenses. I had to pay close to 2K because they would take action against me. Servpro stated they received approval from my insurance adjuster to perform additional work. They lied. They never received approval from my insurance adjuster. My insurance adjuster has documentation showing an approval was never given. Servpro continued to call my insurance adjuster, even going so far telling him that they received approval from someone else within the insurance company. My adjuster told them that was false since he was the only point of contact assigned to my case with an assigned claim number. In addition to lying to me about an approval, Servpro lied to my insurance adjuster about receiving approval from someone else. DO NOT use this company. They ripped me off. Use another locally owned company that provides quality work. At best, their subsequent work was average. Bottom line: unethical and very dishonest business to make profits from work that is unnecessary. In dealing with me, they stated the additional work was necessary in order to comply with code. That was false; my insurance adjuster told me the additional work was "cosmetic" and that "code does not apply to your dwelling'. Again, they stated receipt of approval from my insurance company. NOT TRUE. They never received approval and my insurance company has the documentation stating such. I signed a form stating I would be responsible for the deductible. However, I signed the form under false pretense, there was never approval from my insurance adjuster. This is a very unethical and dishonest company that will behave unprofessionally in order to get their money from work that was unnecessary, low quality and performed under false pretense.

Excellent work, prompt, very professional. Great team work. Would definitely recommend this group to anyone and would hire them again.
