I would give them a good review. They were professional and they gave me timely updates. They were timely, professional and kept me informed.

not well at all, I have had my SUV back for about 2 months and am STILL taking it back for repairs. Initially they kept my SUV for over 30 days when it was promised to me I did not get it back will 1 week after the promise date. Leaving me to borrow cars from family and friends to get to and from work. When I got the SUV back I had to take it back 3 days later because break light and low tire pressure lights came on. Turns out that Firestone didn't repair the "tire" portion of the repairs correctly and forgot to put in new sensors. About 1 month after that I noticed my front bumper was popping out on the driver side and when you hit it by the grille the corner pops out you hit that corner and the part by the grille pops out. Seems the front bumper is in a "bind". Also seems when they painted the SUV that there was water in the line because you can see a few "bubbles" in the paint on the hood, didn't mention that to the shop because in order to fix that they would need to do sanding and last thing I want is more of a mess than a repair. my 2 brothers are auto body repairmen so they informed me on how to look over the work. The body shop has been very open to re-fixing all the repairs, but the communication seems to be lacking quite a bit. I call or go by and speak to one guy and he fails to tell the other person I am working with already so when I show up no one has any idea what is going on. Biggest issue I have is that I don't want to have to return once a month, I just don't have time as a single full time working mother to return so much. I wouldn't recommend anyone using the shop due to the quality and pride of their work, but the staff is friendly.

The repair period was about 32 days. I was updated about the progress of the repair three times a week. My insurance only paid for a rental car for 30 days - Service King picked up the cost of the rental car after 30 days (the repair had been estimated to be completed in 30 days. I was able to pick up my car on Saturday AM - which helped a lot! The repair appears to be completed satisfactorily

I chose this location of Service King as they had previously done a wonderful repair job on my Jag. The paint on my car is very difficult to match but each time they've repaired/painted an area, it is undetectable.

I attempted to use this service center as State Farm told me they were a preferred provider. After attempting to call in a few times and getting the and quot;we're sorry but all our representatives are busyand quot; message, I decided to stop by. I was told that they couldn't even look at my car since I had not made an appointment with their reservations center. The woman at the front desk was nice, but continued to rely on their processes and attempted to make me feel like I didn't uphold my end by following the process of calling for an appointment. In fact, I did attempt that but the number was always too busy to speak with me. Regardless, I was there with a brand new 2013 Lexus with approx 5k in damages and they are a collision center. Why in the world would they not want to look at my car and give me some information on their shop? As the front desk agent was attempting to contact someone for me, I called the next shop on State Farms list and spoke to the owner. I was told that they would see me right away. There you have it. I chose to take my business elsewhere.

Everyone I dealt with was informative and professional. They did what they promised in the time frame they promised. Service King minimized the hassle in this unfortunate situation. I am extremely satisfied with their service.

Result was excellent. Work was on time and professional. Best price of three bids. Fixed a door lock when discovered.

I used Service King because they work with GEICO. There is a GEICO agent with an office inside their office. So I had an appointment for 7:30 AM at the location in Universal City, Texas. The GEICO agent checked out the damage. I didn't have to pay anything because it was the other persons fault. Then it was turned over to Service King for repair. Then I walked next door to Enterprise Rent A Car for my rental car. Picked up my truck and it was in great condition. I was also texted by Service King as each step was completed. Repair, paint, cleaned and ready for pick up. No need for phone calls. The GEICO agent inspected the truck and had them buff some over spray out before I picked it up. Very smooth transaction.

This contractor did a really good job for us. They buffered the keyed marks out of car and fixed my husband's truck bumper and now both vehicles look like new. We were very pleased with their services because they were very quick and they keep you up to date on how your repairs are progressing and they are very prompt. Your progress emails come daily with updates on the job, like what they did each day on the car. They were very efficient and the cars looked great. For one of the cars they did not even charge us. The work was paid for through an insurance claim.

They were really good in communicating and keeping me informed. They were a part of the insurance company and have always been really good. They have recently been bought out and used to be called something else before.

Exceeded expectations. They had the car done 2 days sooner than estimated and there was no way to tell any damage had been ever done. They took care of all the rental proceedings and payments, so my wife had nothing to do but drop off the rental and pick-up her car (I was out of town at the time)! Definitely plan to use them again - although I hope I never have to ;-) !

Brought in my vehicle based on USAA's plug that Service King was on their and quot;recommended and guarantee workmanshipand quot; list.
Just picked up my vehicle today that had some minor bumper repair done. Simply, the repair job was lackluster and it's obvious Service King cut corners on the repairs. They had the vehicle for a week, so there was ample time to do the repair right. Nonetheless, when I arrived, the vehicle apparently already went through their and quot;Make Ready.and quot; However, I had to ask them to use the same plastic rivets to match factory, had to point out that the bumper was not installed straight, and questioned why they clear coated over minor rock chips rather than make the right repairs.
When the shop was under the ownership of Alamo Body and Paint, the workmanship was noticeably much better. Since becoming Service King, the attention to detail, overall workmanship, and customer care have taken a huge dip. I will never use Service King again.

I wouldn't recommend them. They were irresponsive, unprofessional, and do not come on time.

They were able to deliver the rental car to me there. They were good and I might use them again.

Windstorm blew garage items onto car front fender. Steel panel blew over and made a deep scratch below the front headlight. I did not use insurance as my deductible was too high, so I contacted Alamo Body and Paint as their Broadway Ave shop is near my home and they had a good community reputation. I took the car in and got a secret handshake estimate as insurance was not used. Made an appointment and brought the car in for completion by Good Friday for the weekend. Alamo Body and Paint gave me a ride back home that day. Car was ready late Thursday; I picked it up on Friday, declining their offer to pick me up and return me to the shop. Excellent job; I cannot see any sign of the scratch at all. I apologize that I do not have before and after pictures.

That interaction was very positive. I paid only the deductable because we were covered under insurance, so we paid $150. They have a concierge service for travelers. We came in and they had a guy who was dedicated to taking care of travelers. We had an appointment, we had a rent car set out for us, and they had someone from the rent car company come out and get us. When we came back to pick up the car, the work was done very nicely. The paint was clean and the repair job was very good and everything went out very smoothly. They even had coffee and donut while we were waiting. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. The office was very clean and not noisy. They did a very nice job and their customer service was also good with the car repairs.

They did an excellent job, they were on time, and their price was alright. They kept me posted with phone calls letting me know where they stood as far as getting my car finished, which was something I never had done before. They were very good on that.

Alamo representative was professional. I was taken down the street to Enterprise Car Rental (another good place), I got a replacement car for a few days, got my car back. No hassles, easy as pie. This week, April 14, 2009, I noticed that the bumper looked like it was coming away from the car. Alamo Body took it back, gave me another loaner car from Enterprise, and I got a call an hour later saying the bumper was fixed. My husband's car has also been fixed there with great results.
