They did an absolutely fabulous job. They also done some work in my neighborhood and everyone seem to be really pleased. They do all kinds of stuff including water extraction and what not. It seemed to me that they are professional and did a great job. I like them so much that I already recommended them to someone and she said "Oh I’ve heard that Servpro are awesome". They also offered me an excellent rate, they didn’t charge me more than they had estimated. I had pre written the check and they said that they had not quoted the tax and it was alright, so I got a good deal.

I didn't feel this company was very professional. They were very arbitrary when measuring my house to give me an estimate of what it would cost. The final bill ended up being almost twice what was quoted to me and when I questioned the girl in the office about it, she didn't know anything. They also showed up to do the job without a vacuum and had to use mine.

This company is mostly a damage control company. My living area suffered from much water damage. They came in right away to help me out. They did a great job with everything. They worked very well and also very fast. The guys were very courteous with me. I thought their price was reasonable.

Servpro did a great job on our carpets. They were able to get up all of our stains. They were even able to get some water damage repaired in our carpet. They did a wonderful job and I just can't say enough good about them. I would rather not discuss the pricing.
