The hard part is actually getting a call back or getting them to answer the phone to get enrolled. They think that because everyone else fills up and they have so many openings that they don't have to be responsive to your calls. We were suppose to get preferential enrollment options since we were returning for the fall classes but could not get them to answer the phone and the time slots that worked for our schedule were all gone.The instructors work pretty good with the kids, it just seems like the administration could use some major help.

This is not a safe school for children to learn pool safety skills or how to swim. The instructor was not professional and did not have the best interest of my child or the other children in mind. Children 3,4,5, & 6 should not be in the same class together! My children did not learn any safety skills or skills to help learn how to swim! The pool facility is also un-safe for children. It is all about getting your money. They offer a NO REFUND policy! I warn all parents!
