Gerald was extremely responsive to my inquiry and scheduling challenges. He and his team moved the pool table from the second floor, down a staircase with a 180 degree turn, to the first floor. As soon as Gerald arrived, he began to work based on the scope at hand. As we continued to discuss some of the details of the project, he continued to work, knowing where each bolt and screw were located.
The job was completed on time and on budget. Gerald gave me some additional tips as well.

First off, Gerald was extremely responsive and ended up doing the pick up and delivery on a Sunday. He had to work within a short window of availability of the seller.
He also put new felt on my pool table and the table is perfectly level and true. And, they completed everything very quickly and efficiently.
True professionals and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to move a slate pool table. They get it and do it right.
While the table was out of the room we decided to refinish the hardwood floors in that room. I still have quite finished with that room and it has been several month in the total project. We haven't had the table reassembled and refelted due to other projects on going in that room ( built-in bookshelves, redo of ceiling, refinishing of oak floors....) . So the pool table has gone unassembled for longer that we had original told Jerry, he calls us every so often to check to see if we are ready to have the pool table reassembled.
I wish every company we have been working with on the remodeling of our house had been 1/2 as professional and easy to work with as San Antonio Pool Table Movers.
