Changed appointment from Wednesday to Thursday. On Thursday came during service window but did not have cables necessary far repair. Came back later in the day after calling and replaced garage cables. I was very impressed how quickly they discovered the issues with my garage door. Very pleased with their pricing.

The chain on our garage door opener broke falling to the ground. We called O'Brien Garage Door Opener on Friday for pricing and models and made arrangements for them to come on Saturday to install a Liftmaster. It was a special they were running through Angie's List for $365 complete with install. The opener included the keypad outside the garage door, two remotes, the wall mount and laser mounts. When the installer arrived on Saturday, he brought the wrong model and was not aware of the keypad that needed to be installed. We called the office and a man put me on hold to find out information. He returned after 5 minutes and said his manager told him they entered the information wrong into the system. They ordered the right model and said he would reschedule us for Monday. The installer was annoyed and stated "So that is what they told you." and then proceeded to complain about the inner workings of the office.
On Monday, the same installer returned and quickly replaced the equipment. He was professional and took the time to help me set the security code and show me how to change it. He cleaned up.
We really appreciate the quietness of the Liftmaster.
Overall, there were communication issues between the company and the installer but it quickly resolved itself. We are very happy with the product and service.

The garage door was jerky and some of the spring slipped off the track.  Ross saw the problem and said it needed rebalancing which       he did quite smoothly and before we knew it, our garage door was working very smoothly.

It turned out well. They were good. I would recommend them. They did good work and they did whatever I wanted.

Everything was fine. It cost a little bit more money than I thought it would but the work was fine. I got a tuneup in the mail for $49 for a garage door tuneup. Everything was fine with the tuneup. Then he said that I needed new rollers. By the time I was done, it was $500 for my two little garage doors. It was probably more than I wanted to spend but it was probably worth it because the garage doors work now. I wasn't cheated or anything. The young man that did it was very knowledgeable. It wasn't his first rodeo so he knew what he was doing. I felt very confident in his expertise.

I was not pleased with them. I got a coupon out of something and they were not too great. I would not use them again. I will go to someone else. They pretty much fixed what we wanted but it was more expensive than it needed to be. The interaction was okay.

They did a fine job for me.

We liked that. It was good. I had no idea about the price.

We were satisfied with the service. They were the lowest bidder. We would certainly call them in the future but we would do comparison shopping.
