San Antonio All Cash

Fantastic experience! I met with Ali and she had the best offer out of six home buyers. I am a seasoned real estate investor who never thought I would need a cash buyer. I also thought they would only give you a silly offer. As it turned out, I feel I got a fair price. A price that I, myself would have offered someone. Well my bank changed their loan qualifications two weeks before closing and I needed fast cash to buy another property that I had a contract on. I needed the cash in 8 days and Ali assured me she could deliver in 7 days. I signed the contract and then got nervous. I read the reviews and that put my mind at ease. She was able to close in 5 days! I highly recommend Texas All Cash Home buyers. FYI the worst experience was with someone that called me on my mobile phone. I get about 2-3 of these a week. They start off by saying "this may seem completely random, but ..."I believe they all went to the same seminar because their pitch is the same. Anyway, this guy clearly had no idea what he was doing. He just looked at my house and left. A few days later he said "his partner" wanted to see the property (probably the person who knew what they were doing and actually had the resources to buy it). I replied that it was already under contract.
