Samuels Glass Company

I am very impressed with Samuels Glass, & would not dream of using any other company for our glass needs. They are so reliable & trustworthy. They stand behind all their work, even if it could result in their losing money, which actually happened in one instance in our dealings with them. I have tremendous respect for their integrity.

I needed several windows replaced and after 3 quotes (Samuels was a little higher than the rest) I chose them. I went with them because of their reputation and was not disappointed. Several were old and stuck so the windows took a little longer than expected but they did a great job and would hire again.

I did not need to have the window pane replaced right away, but intend to use this company in the future. D.J., who took my call, and Jason, who measured the window, were both very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with these two employees. I will call this company in the future as needed.

They were fine. I've used them before. Very reliable. When I called, They handed my request quickly like next day service. They were just reliable and everything was handled professionally. I was pleased.

Our cleaning company shattered our thick custom master bathroom shower glass door. Called Samuels glass, they worked to send someone out the next day to help clean up glass and to measure and give an estimate. Within a few days they called and emailed our quote options. We were not ready to replace immediately, so I called back a month later to order. They wanted to make sure they got it right so they sent out another individual to measure, then paid half to place the order, and within a week two very kind and professional men replaced the door and it went great. Looks wonderful and they were so kind to my 2 year old son.

Samuels was responisve, helpful, professional, and had by far the best price (by about 35%) . I appreciated in particular that they rushed the whole process and got it done in one week (despite it being special order glass) - I was desparate because I had a party planned for the weekend. The people in the main office were helpful and responsive, the people who installed came to the house right on time, and did the whole thing in a professional manner and cleaned up afterwards. I would absolutely call them in a heartbeat again.

Excellent service, needed custom sized glass for arched windows and they installed perfectly and have had no problems since.

Part of the problem is that much of this happened just prior to a tropical storm passing through. Prior to that, one of our windows had been hit by something and, since it was tempered, had not fallen out but was cracked terribly. We called Samuels based on good reviews on Angie's List. They made an appointment delayed by the storm (understandable) but failed to get back in touch. I called, made a new appointment. No one came. I called them and they claimed to have no record of the appointment for that day. They did someone out later that afternoon. The workers did a GREAT job, but the difficulty of getting someone out was a disappointment.

They are a good company. They do what they say they are going to do. They are on time. We are usually concerned when we get that kind of a job done but they have been satisfactory that way. The place where I volunteered used them frequently. They would call them if they had any problem.

It went great!!! Took about 2 weeks... but for the price, I am very pleased! It was way cheaper than buying that large of a mirror already done. You can take any frame it and they will put any size glass or mirror in for you. They also reinforced the frame for me.

I run a small business and am often out in the field during the day and kept missing the mailman. I decided to have a mail slot installed to eliminate this problem. I found Samuels Glass Company, called them up and explained what I needed. They explained that there was no way to properly install a mail slot in existing glass. They informed me that they would manufacture a custom-fitted glass door including the mail slot. Samuels sent a tech out that same afternoon to obtain measurements of both the front door and the sidelight, as I could choose either option. Within two hours of leaving with the measurements, Samuels faxed the estimate to me. I was amazed at the low price. Only $165 to custom-cut and install a new front door glass with mail slot! I immediately approved the bid and Samuels placed the order. Within the week, my order was ready for installation. The two techs arrived on time and made quick work of exchanging my old glass with the new one. They were finished in under 30 minutes. The mail slot functions perfectly and I no longer have to worry about missing ther mailman!
