Saints was contacted on March 25th for water leak in bathroom. After water mitigation was completed it was determined the tile and base boards needed to be replaced, Saint's claimed they have have the best contractors around. However, they did not start work on the re build for the bathroom until May 18th. Due to their "busy" schedule and lack of workers. Additionally, I had to locate matching tile since I was told the tile was old (my house is 3 years old and a brand new build). Delay after delay and shoddy work have made this repair a nightmare. It's June 3rd, the wrong size tile was placed on the floor, the paint doesn't match, the base boards are not painted correctly or placed correctly, there is damage to my toilet and there are gaping holes from the baseboards to the tile. Lastly, they completely scammed us as they claimed they were "military friendly". They only said that so they could get us to sign a contract because after contacting their office on 6 different occasions, I have NEVER spoken to the owner or manager. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

They came out right away and restored everything and now it looks better than ever.

It was a big job. So far, it's working. They changed prices on me at the last minute. They changed prices on me several times. They kept saying different things were going wrong. That might be normal, but it had me real upset. They would come at 11:00, instead of at eight in the morning. They could come earlier and get through with the work. It probably would have made things a lot more pleasant around here for me. I had to wait on them.
