Convenient to have them come to you; however, convenience does not yield quality in this case. After the windshield was replaced and the technician had left, I found trash all over my drive way as well as an open razor blade - fortunately I found and not my kids or anyone else's kids. then within a week, while driving from Kerrville to San Antonio, the passenger side molding flew off and hit the passenger side mirror. I had to pull over the side of the road (with my kids in the car) to retrieve the molding as cars flew by me on the road. Then in poured rain on us the rest of the way home so hopefully there will be no water damage. Worst of all, when I called to notify them the next day of what had happened, they did not even offer an apology - she actually sounded like she doubted me! Then the earliest appointment they could offer me was over a week away. I then asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up and calling my insurance company. I was finally able to get an appointment within that same week (although the window they provided was from 12pm - 6pm), they called me at 12 to tell me the technician could not come and I would need to reschedule my appointment! I will never use this company again - poor service, poor quality work and big waste of my time.
