We had an excellent experience with this company and can give them our highest recommendation. After getting bid proposals from several other local vendors, Safe Showers was by far the best value, see for yourself! The whole project only took a day and a half as promised, plus a short extra visit later to re-adjust a shelf. It was amazing to watch the coordinated performance, the construction crew knocked out the old tub, while the electricians ran wires through the attic, while the plumbers moved the water pipes and drain. Everyone at Safe Showers has been knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to our calls and emails. All the people from the office (Kathy & Monette), to sales (John), to construction (Eli & crew), to plumbing (Tony), to the electricians did a great job installing our new walk-in tub and sink faucets. The relaxation from the new tub has more than made up for the temporary stress of home remodeling... They have a good warranty plan. We phoned today about a slow drip from the faucet. They ordered a replacement part and repair is scheduled for next week. We're looking forward to many years of good service. Thanks Safe Showers.

Good, really did great on the clean up.

Workmanship first class. Scheduling a little rough. Finished late in the day, and we had to be late to another engagement.

We interviewed a few different companies for the job. Safe showers has a show room & we did visit the showroom. The owner was not in but the receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. We called and made an appointment for someone to come to our home. The owner himself came and arrived on time. We told what we wanted. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Everything that he said would happen, did happen. One the day the job was to start, the foreman with is assistant arrived on time. The were on time, polite, professional & did exactly what we were told they would do. A mast plumber arrived, also on time. Everybody cleaned up after themselves. The completed was completed the next day. We love our shower. Easy to take care of and easy to clean. Mostly importantly, also has bars in the shower for safety. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We needed a walk in shower for my handicapped husband. The owner came out to tell us what he could do for us. Everything he said was accurate. Techs were amazing cleaned up after themselves. Left our bathroom cleaner than they found it and even came back for a small issue the next day. I would highly recommend this company

2 walk in showers installed..beautiful material and warranty

Fast and efficient service. Only took 2 days. Other quotes I got would take a week to 10 days plus were more expensive.

The work they did was tremendous. They service was great and their employees were very professional throughout the whole service. I would recommend them to anyone and I would utilize them again.

They did an excellent job. Not only was I able to select the color of the shower walls and floor, but I was also able to select the type of glass in the doors. They accommodated my requests for the height and depth of the walls and they also raised the shower head to a higher level at my request. The installers were on time both days and took care to cover floors and to remove all debris. They were extremely courteous and professional. The work was completed in less than 2 days.

I had Safe Showers install a shower in my master bath in May 2011. While he was working on it, the installer said that he wasn't very good at caulking. He was certainly right. The caulking wasn't smooth, and it has separated from the shower in at least three places. I had a shower head installed that was attached to a vertical pole about two feet long that allowed it to slide the shower head up or down. That pole wasn't installed straight.
Within the first month after installation, one of the shower doors totally shattered. When I contacted the sales person, he said that it was the second one that had done this recently and maybe they should get another supplier! They did replace the door, but I was finding small pieces of glass for weeks.
About four months ago, there was a water spot under my bedroom carpet right outside the doorway into the bathroom. I contacted SS, and they said they would have a plumber come out. The plumber proceeded to cut a section of the bedroom drywall out so they could look at the pipes. They said there were no leaks, and it must by the caulking at the bottom of the shower. SS sent someone out to redo the caulking. It was an even worse job than the original; he smeared caulking all over the shower itself. A dry wall person came to patch the wall but by the time they got there, the shower was leaking again so I called SS again.
Before they had a chance to send their plumber out, I had another plumber look at it. It took him less than a minute to figure out the problem. It was the caulking, but it was the caulking around the and quot;on-offand quot; control. He recaulked it for free, and it hasn't leaked since. SS came out to look at it. By this time, the vertical pole on the shower head was so loose it was rattling. The installer tightened it and put some caulk around it. I waited several days for the dry wall person to contact me before I gave him a call. He said that SS had never contacted him to go back and patch my wall.
My wall is finally back the way it should be My shower is working properly, but I'm holding my breath waiting for the next thing to go wrong with it. I do know that if anything else does go wrong, I'm not even going to bother contacting SS. There is no way that I could recommend this company.
